This is nothing special, it's a prefabricated building. Rooms are clean enough. It's used mostly by workmen, nothing wrong with that. It does what it says on the tin and it was convenient.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour la nuit arrivé sur place pour récupérer la chambre le numéro de la chambre réservé il y avait une personne de dans il a fallu téléphone au service de nuit pour qu'il puisse venir me donner une autre chambre entre l'arrivée et pouvoir récupérer une autre chambre plus 1h45 sans parler du problème avec la machine qui avait un problème sur les numéros à valider mon numéro de téléphone j'ai eu accès à la chambre à 2h50 du matin vraiment très très déçu après avoir fait de la route et de réserver une chambre pour la nuit on vous donne une chambre ou vous trouvez une personne qui dort et vous agresse et ensuite contacter de nuit pour expliquer la situation qui après vérification vous redonne une chambre ou vous devez attendre sur le parking il est 2h30 du matin ça fait 2h que vous êtes arrivé et vous devez attendre alors que vous avez réservé payer et attendre sur un parking à 02h30 dans la nuit pour qu'on puisse vous redonner une autre chambre aucun message de l'établissement suite à tout c'est problème rencontrer dans la nuit après avoir fait la route jusqu'à l'établissement pour être rester quelques que heures vraiment très très déçu aucun geste commercial pour la situation subi de leur part et de pas avoir pu même ce reposer pour repartir à 6h du matin

La camera non era rifatta!!! Qualcuno aveva chiaramente dormito nel letto e usato l'asciugamano la notte prima e nessuno aveva pulito. Non ci sono parole. La struttura è vecchiotta, con arredo "cheap" e poco mantenuta. Scrivono chiaramente che la reception è aperta 24/24. Non è così. Dopo le 21.00 c'è una macchinetta dove puoi fare il check in, ma prima devi lasciare la macchina fuori dal cancello, entrare, trovare questa macchina (???), che poi ti da il codice per aprire il cancello. Se non lo sai in anticipo, ci perdi 15 minuti. E non è quello che ti aspetti quando arrivi tardi e vuoi solo dormire. È vero che, con un prezzo basso, ti puoi aspettare un livello basso. Ma così è troppo!

Malgré les défauts que j'ai constaté dans l'hôtel Première classe de Moirans le personnel Campanile qui gère également cet hôtel, a été tout à fait à mon écoute et a bien pris note des points qu'il fallait améliorer. Le petit-déjeuner du première classe étant pris au Campanile, c'est un petit déjeuner de qualité avec un personnel très aimable. Il ne faut pas oublier aussi que nous avons bien dormi dans cet hôtel très calme et que le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

La chambre est sale les couvertures sont trouées L'eau stagne dans le bac à douche donc impossible de prendre une douche correctement. Et la pièce est toute petite il n'y a presque pas d'espace entre l'évier les toilettes et la douche.

La chambre était propre lit impeccable mais chambre avec une odeur intenable de parfum jusque dans l’oreiller . J’ai dû aéré la chambre porte ouverte durant deux heures pour atténuer l’odeur agréable mais très entêtante . La couche sans rideau . Chambre vieillotte comme l’hôtel . De plus très bruyant. HEUREUSEMENT le personnel est top en tous points . Petit dej impeccable.

La chambre et l’hôtel sont insalubres. Electrisation en touchant l’interphone du portail, chambre sale et ménage non fait avec affaires retrouvées au sol, radiateur arraché du mur avec câbles électriques apparents, chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas et l’eau coule toute la nuit, pas de serviettes de bain dans la chambre obligé d’aller les récupérer au campanile à côté, linge de lit avec brûlures de cigarette et déchiré. Il n’est pas normal que cet établissement puisse encore accueillir du public et il est anormalement qu’il soit encore proposé à la réservation sur votre plate-forme. Je demande un remboursement intégral de cette réservation. Sans remboursement de votre part j’alerterai les services et administrations compétentes pour partager ces non-conformités majeures et partager mon expérience.
