Come and stay in this beautiful air-conditioned house with private swimming pool and close to the Verdon National Park!
Below the village of Moissac-Bellevue and close to all amenities, this house is ideal for discovering the region's must-sees: canoeing, rafting, paragliding at the Gorges du Verdon, hiking and picnicking on the shores of Lake Sainte-Croix, visiting one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, that of Moustiers- Sainte-Marie. You will have a bright living room, an office area, an open dining room with two bay windows giving direct access to the garden, a large modern kitchen with a central island fully equipped, a back kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private above-ground pool, a large closed ground of about 1000 m², facing south and a terrace shaded by a large green oak.
Private car park on the property. Towels, tea towels and flannels provided. Pets accepted at extra cost. Cleaning optional.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with 3 sofas, two coffee tables, a piano, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a USB drive. Board games, card games, books, documentation on the region, coloured pencils and paper are also available.
- Adjacent to the living room is a study area.
- A dining room opening onto the kitchen with a dining table for 6 and two picture windows giving direct access to the garden.
- A large, modern kitchen with a central island and stools, opening onto the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, etc...
- A utility room with sink, hoover, iron, clothes line and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: suite with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190 with the option of combining them to make a queen-size bed) and wardrobes.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobes.- Shower room with double basins, Italian shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A private heated swimming pool measuring 8mx4m and 1m40 deep, open from late April to late September. Accessible for children under the responsibility of their parents.- Large enclosed private garden of approx. 1000 m², south-facing, with a terrace shaded by a large holm oak, barbecue and sofa.
- Private parking on the property.
