It is all built within one-level, further enhancing your living comfort. The villa possesses a spacious round-shaped living-room with an enhanced safety open-fire place, dining-room, kitchen fully fitted with appliances, pantry, three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entire villa is equipped with Climate Control System (AC dual warm/cold) for enhanced comfort, as well as an automated terrace sun-cover.
