Séjour inoubliable, les Tropiques LANDAIS

Nous n'oublierons jamais ce séjour , maison splendide, installations et confort optimal, on peut tout faire, cuisiner, recevoir, aller à la plage en 5 minutes à pieds, au golf, etc.... Bonnes adresses aux alentours, marché, boulangerie, spot pour les enfants pour le surf! Génial Adresse à retenir, et l'on peut s'y retrouver en couples,.. nombreux, sans se gêner;)))

LES TROPIQUES LANDAIS

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé cette station balnéaire de Moliet pour un superbe séjour., nous connaissions Moliet et MAA plage, mais avions réservé il y a 2 ans, au sein d'une autre résidence. Pour ce dernier séjour, la villa était au delà de nos espérances, le nombre de chambres et la place disponible permet de passer un moment avec des amis tout en ayant ses espaces de vie perso. La décoration est faite avec goût, et tout le nécessaire est présent(dressing/lave linge/aspirateur/produits/lave vaisselle/frigo américain....un vrai bonheur). De plus l'équipement proposé en cuisine aux locataires est bien pensé, nous avons eu la possibilité de préparer les repas (mieux qu'à la maison ) , car il ne manque de rien. La villa est très bien située, puisque nous avons passer des vacances sans prendre la voiture, tout se fait à pieds, la mer est à 5 minutes et l'environnement est résidentiel (vue sur le golf) et au calme. Nous conseillons fortement ce lieu, et pensons réserver pour un prochain séjour. Le tarif est alors acceptable et cohérent pour les prestations, à retenir.

Maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la plage, du golf (pour les passionnés) et des commerces. Le jardin est parfaitement aménagé (grande terrasse en bois avec salon de jardin et chaises longues) tout comme la maison, une très grande pièce de vie pour passer de bonnes soirées, trois grandes suites parentales et trois autres chambres également spacieuses. Tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour en famille ou entre amis. A refaire sans réfléchir

Haus an guter Lage mit schönem grossen Pool/Garten

Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen, zentralen Wohnquartier gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit einem tollen Pool. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn es für die Liegestühle Kissengehabt hätte. Das Haus ist gross und bietet wirklich genügend Platz für zwei Familien. Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss nur mit Badewanne. Wir hätten eine Dusche vorgezogen oder nur schon ein Duschvorhang oder Glaswand bei der Badewanne würde genügen. Küche ist sehr schön und gross und gut eingerichtet. Im 1. Stock ist die mittlere Nasszelle sehr klein, WC-Deckel fehlte. Alle anderen Räume sind schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. WIFI-Verbindung war sehr gut, unsere Teenagers waren happy :-). Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Villa und in Moliets et Maa sehr gut gefallen und obwohl der Atlantik sehr wild ist, ist diese Seite von Frankreich absolut sehenswert.

Note globale du locataire : 5/5Le 24/09/2013 Villa de Standing de très bon goût Bonjour, Nous avons passé un week end agréable dans cette villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et tout proche de l'océan, grans parc très entretenu, tout correspondait à nos attentes : villa spacieuse, cuisine ultra équipée, piscine chauffée eau salée, chambres très propres, comme annoncé à monsieur le Propriétaire avec qui nous avons souvent dialogué afin de rendre notre séjour au mieux , nous reviendrons promis

Jolie maison, certaines choses sont à améliorer (salle de bain du haut, les commodes dans les chambres, installations d'une douche extérieur pour les retours de plages ou sortie de piscine. maison a proximité de la plage, des commerces, du marché, des restaurants etc... très agréable.
