Bells great but just needs a few extras.i love it
Towels hand hair all over them. No microwave or Minifridge.,there’s no way for anyone to watch their own TV SERVICE OFF A STREAM DEVICE. Dish sucks

The odor of skunk could be smelled as I entered the lobby. When she looked up my reservation, I was told that Expedia didn't update so they didn't have my reservation and they were 'full'. She went to check to see if they had cleaned a room that would work for me. While she was gone, I got to hear her yelling at kids. When the clerk came back, she complained about the kids trying her when she is 'un-caffeinated'. She said she did have a room that would work for us. She proceeded to go over a page of RULES. She read them off... No Smoking.. No Pets.. Followed by there will be huge fines if rules broken. Ok, sign here that you will abide by the rules. She put the paper backside up for me to sign, so I did. In the room.. TV did not work. Loud pounding on the ceiling above. The safety latch on the door was broken. The toilet was constantly running. I gave up at this point and asked to get a refund. I get told no refunds. The manager was present and just kept saying "NO REFUNDS" and pointing at the paper I signed. She called me stupid for not reading it, even though the clerk didn't hand it to me to read. When I pointed this out, the manager started yelling at me and using profanity. A little afraid, I called 911. The manager kept yelling and swearing during the call. I was offered a different room, but no way did I feel safe staying there. The police said I wasn't the first to call them about this location. Being disabled, I was appalled at this.

The room was ok but there were no face towels and the upstairs guest was so loud and inconsiderate because they knew we were below them but were partying until 2 am. I was only staying there for sleep and the price was reasonable but never again will stay there

True definition of you get what you pay for
This is yhe true definition of you get what you pay for. Under 50$ for the night horrible pillows! Chair looked like it was in the mud for like 10 years. Shower was gross. The key pad wasnt working so we didnt even have a key to get in and out of our room. Was greeted by a roach in the sink. Only positive thing were the front dest lady was very welcoming and beds were comfortable reguardless of the pillows absolutely sucking.

The building is very dirty. I wasn’t even comfortable taking my clothes off to sleep. The first room we were put it had been broken into with a crow bar or some other similar tool so it barely latched and you could see into the hallway from a 1/2” gap that was in the door jam due to the break in. All the furniture was filthy. The blankets had cigarette burns and the lamp shade had Batman stickers all over it. There was a foul odor in both of the rooms we received and the hallways reaked of weed. Everyone there seemed very questionable and I had to deal with my wife being scared to even stay there. I would not recommend anyone stay here. There are much better options in the area.
