Disappointing stay - not being allowed to use the snorkel/fins or any non motorized sport equipment during our 3 day stay just unacceptable. Was told snorkels were only for organized hotel tours (?) and was told it was too windy to use the other equipment. There was barely any wind. The equipment just sits there unused. Inexplicable. Shortened hours. Staff just calling it in, no motivation for customer service, and there is no recourse other than these reviews - you are just stuck there having paid thousands of dollars for subpar experience, false advertising. Facilities great, experience disappointing ultimately due to staff. A big smile and “Bula” does not hide the true indifference staff have for facilitating guest experiences. Truth.

The absolute stand out of our stay was the hospitality of the staff! They went over and beyond and are the most welcoming and beautiful people. The resort was spectacular, food and drinks incredible. We can highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

First of all, we are extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. 1. Drinking water and ice are available everywhere, which made our stay very comfortable. 2. Although the food is not prepared very quickly, it is absolutely delicious — you can really feel the care and effort put into it. 3. The Wi-Fi is very stable and reliable, perfectly meeting our needs. 4. The gym is very comfortable. Ice towels, free apples, and drinks made us feel very well taken care of. 5. The gym also provides tennis rackets and balls, as well as access to tennis courts, basketball courts, and football facilities — this is truly thoughtful and impressive. 6. The beach, sea water, and swimming pools are all top-class — beautiful and very satisfying. 7. The staff are extremely friendly and proactively greet guests, which is something not easy to find in many places. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very impressed.

Hotel visually was nice - setting and picturesque, but location was remote and far from anything else - recommend for a short stay, we did seriously consider checking out early after 3 days and forfeiting paid nights. Service overall was average. Housekeeping was bad - hard to tell if they’d been some days. They turned the same dirty cups and glasses over unwashed 3 days in a row & we were lucky to get refreshed coffee or toiletries. Food was expensive (top Sydney prices for poor pub quality) and very average, and service (pool bars, restaurants etc) sub-par. Highlightee why Asia and Australia are far better short holiday destinations - both in terms of quality and value.

We had an incredible stay at the Marriott Resort in Moni Bay, Fiji. The staff were kind and attentive, and the rooms were spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The resort grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained, with plenty of peaceful spaces to relax. Amenities were never overcrowded, and the food was consistently delicious with a great variety. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and left us feeling refreshed and well cared for. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway. There were a few disappointing moments. We experienced poor service at the Woi Woi Restaurant during lunch, where we waited without menus or assistance despite the restaurant being empty. We also encountered an unexpected double charge for a private birthday dinner at checkout, though this was promptly resolved by a manager. We would like to especially acknowledge General Manager Silvano for his exceptional personal attention and warm presence, which truly made us feel valued.
