On the French Riviera, a traditional style villa, "authentic", comfortable with a garden, a pergola and wisteria.
The villa has two accommodations. You will stay in accommodation No.1 which is furnished and equipped to cook and have meals. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of them is on the ground floor and the two others on the upper floor ; two loggias, one on the bedroom side for relaxing and one on the kitchen side for eating outside.
The ground floor bedroom has a washing machine and also serves as a laundry room.
The villa has a parking place. A few minutes walk from the train station, the old town of Menton and the beaches. It is located in a housing estate, where you will also find ample parking.
I's a traditional villa which offers traditional and not luxury holidays!!
With the wind, the mistral, some dust and leaves from the garden may enter into the house.
The area is quiet and residential, very close to the sea.
The ground floor bedroom has a washing machine and also serves as a laundry room.

The property was adequate, but there was no hot tub at the property as was listed in the details. The shower was very basic, no cubicle or shower curtain which resulted in the floor bein wet and slippery after each shower. The property could do with a guidebook explaining the use of cooker, what's on in the area, etc.

Classic Villa
The villa is in an excellent location, safe and convenient walking distance to everything. Ingrid is spectacular and will make sure you have what you need and are happy. The furnishings are an eclectic mix of items from another century. Stove, microwave, TV and large refrigerator are modern, recently updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 weeks in Menton.

Characterful appartment
If you're expecting a slick modern kitchen and bathroom, maybe this property is not for you, but if you are looking for a spacious, homely appartment with bags of traditional French charm, just moments from the beach and 10 minutes walk into the old town, then this is the place for you. We loved it. It's tucked away in a cul de sac, a little way away from the touristy centre, which we preferred. Loved our morning swims, stopping at the boulangerie to buy our breakfast baguette and s. Just 10 minutes walk to the station so we could take the coastal train to Nice in one direction and Italy in the other. I'd recommend the walk around Cap Martin which is beautiful. You can walk all the way to Monaco, or climb up to the medieval castle in the old village of Roquebrun Cap-Martin and have a meal looking over the fantastic coastline.

La maison est bien située, proche de la mer et des commerces. L'appartement est très agréable et pratique même si tout est assez vétuste. La literie est confortabe et la terrasse de la cuisine nous a permis de profiter pleinement de petits déjeuner au soleil. Le seul bémol est la troisième chambre dans laquelle sont également installés la chaufferie, la machine à laver et un évier de cuisine.

Tout s'est bien passé de l'accueil par la voisine très accueillante, tout le nécessaire sur place..indépendance dans la ville et disponibilité de la voisine si besoin, nous c'était pour l'utilisation du four.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et très bien accueilli par Ingrid. La maison est très agréables, la mer très proche environ 200 mètres. Avec les belles journées ensoleillées de une climatisation serait la bienvenue et la maison serait vraiment au top. Merci à vous Cordialement Laurent Gruhier

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Magnifique villa de famille, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec tout le confort pour un séjour parfait. On se sent rapidement bien, « comme chez soi ». Le cadre est superbe (jardin) et la villa est très bien située : accès aux plages et à la ville et commerces à pieds. A noter : Accueil vraiment très chaleureux et très sympathique pour la remise/dépose des clés.
