Very good. Perfect for children. Good food. Very clear. Rooms are pretty and clean. Definitely 4star hotel! I would advise! The pity is the sea is dirty, but 2 swimming pool make your staying still great! Staff is welcome! So, if you’re not fond of sea swimming- that’s very very!!! Good place to stay!!!

I would never ever go to this property again it supposes to be all inclusive but it isn’t asking for even omelette in breakfast they had problems so just imagine how bad is and food was very bad meat wasn’t even cooked and opening time always 30 to 45 minutes late but closing time was on dot we had buy food from out side this hotel is no go zones it’s like 2 star

Friendly staff. Water slides were so much fun. Entertainment throughout the day !!!! Never bored!! Opportunities for excursions are offered as well by third parties. And kids friendly. Wonderful vacation place !!

La situation est trĂšs bien :plage et piscine super..par contre animations nulles Ă  part la partie pour enfants.restauration correcte et assez variĂ©e mais il faut arriver Ă  l'ouverture car autrement tt est dĂ©valisĂ© par la clientĂšle russe..le personnel est surtout Ă  leur Ă©coute.. rien pour les français et autres europĂ©ens.. mĂȘme Ă  la rĂ©ception on parle trĂšs mal le français.aucune soirĂ©e tunisienne non plus

Nous avions passĂ© 10 jours et franchement rien a dire sur les prestations de cet hĂŽtel! Étant nous meme de trĂšs grands voyageurs , avons parcouru divers pays donc frĂ©quentĂ© plusieurs Ă©tablissements, cet hĂŽtel ne dĂ©mĂ©rite pas contrairement aux avis nĂ©gatifs que j’ai pu lire . Nous les français avons cet esprit critique partout oĂč nous allons . Alors pour ceux dont l’esprit est encore fermĂ© cet hĂŽtel ne leur conviendrait pas ! Un camping dans toute sa tradition leur suffirait ! Les animateurs font beaucoup d’efforts pour satisfaire les divers nationalitĂ©s . On ne s’ennuie pas et les enfants ont leur place !!! Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues.... les draps changĂ©s souvent ! Les serveurs font un excellent travail... ils circulent partout pour prĂ©server la propretĂ© de l’endroit ....! Les russes nombreux soient ils sont poli et respectueux !!! Enfin la restauration est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©s .... on n’a jamais l’impression de manger les mĂȘmes choses et les quantitĂ©s sont largement suffisantes ! Pas de bousculade !!! Il y a Ă  manger tout au long de la journĂ©e et aussi Ă  boire ! La sĂ©curitĂ© est au top .... tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Pour rĂ©sumĂ© c’est un hĂŽtel avec un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix... convivial et qui mĂ©rite d’ĂȘtre connu pour les petits budgets ! IdĂ©al pour les familles avec enfants ( piscine chauffĂ©e, parc aquatique.... sous surveillance ). Merci et bravo Éden club !!!

Un super week end dans cet hÎtel, la chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable, le personnel accueillant et attentif, la restauration tre correcte et bien organisée de nombreux endroits pour se restaurer et surtout la magnifique piscine a toboggans, je recommande cet hÎtel et souhaitons y retourner

A Ă©viter pour les francophones

hĂŽtel bien placĂ© - mais trop de russes dans l hĂŽtel et en plus d'ĂȘtre nombreux ils sont sans gĂȘne - l'hotel est si immense que meme trouver une table est impossible 'heure du dĂ©jeuner, les russes mangent tout et si on dĂ©jeune lĂ©gĂšrement plus tard pour Ă©viter la foule, et bien il ne reste plus grand chose d'interessant Ă  manger - j'ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs fatiguĂ©e de faire la queue pour tout, aucun repas n'a Ă©tĂ© serein - beaucoup de mouches, restaurant trĂšs sales - le personnel est du coup trĂšs agressif, je les comprends car c'est une usine, ce n'est pas un club le cotĂ© plus c'est vraiment les animations et les spectacles et aussi la plage avec accĂšs direct : mais les russes rĂ©servent leur transat tous les jours, aucune gĂȘne donc nous sommes souvent restĂ©s sur des chaises en constatant que des transats "reservĂ©s" Ă©taient libres presque toute la journĂ©e Merci aussi aux femmes de mĂ©nage qui font un excellent travail : les chambres Ă©taient nickel mais je regrette que tous les soirs sans exception ce sont les mĂȘmes musiques, toujours et toujours : et DJ un peu d'originalitĂ© !!!! all inclusive mais crĂȘpes de l'aprĂšs midi payantes : quelle idĂ©e de faire des sandwichs et des pizzas et rien de sucrĂ© pour le goĂ»ter ?
