Welcome to our lovingly and luxuriously furnished apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Rügen! The apartment house, newly built with 8 apartments in 2017, is located in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow on the Mönchgut peninsula, only 150 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Located at the foot of the Lotsenberg, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the town, the Baltic Sea, the lagoon and the entire nature reserve as far as Usedom, or go on long walks, bike and boat tours and enjoy a wide range of water sports. In our apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The comfortable and stylishly furnished holiday home captivates with many accessories selected with attention to detail and a fantastic balcony view to the south of the Lotsenberg. The approx. 58 m² non-smoking apartment on the 1st The upper floor is equipped with underfloor heating and offers space for 2 to 4 people. Open the apartment door and you enter the bright hallway with hall wardrobe and seating and a floor-to-ceiling mirror. In the front living area there is a high quality kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob and dishwasher. There are also electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, pad machine (Senseo), kettle, egg cooker, toaster and hand mixer as well as many other useful kitchen aids. Directly behind is a dining area with a large oak solid wood table, modern cantilever chairs and a comfortable bench. From here you can already enjoy the morning sun through the floor-to-ceiling living room windows at breakfast. Adjoining the room opens up to the spacious living area, where you can relax on a cozy seating area - which can be folded out to a full bed in just a few steps. The complete ensemble, consisting of couch with long chair (1.40 mx 2.00 m), oak coffee table, stool bench and side table with table lamp in maritime style, is on one; a lowboard with a game collection, a smart flat screen TV, Blu Ray player and a HiFi system with Bluetooth and USB connection on the other side. You don't have to do without an Internet connection (WLAN) on vacation. This is included for you. In the cool season, an exclusive designer stove also provides cozy warmth. Through the south-facing glass front of the living area you enter the balcony with Bangkirai and furnished with a teak seating group with insect screen and parasol. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery, while you are protected from prying eyes by a frosted stainless steel balcony parapet. Since the balcony fits into the upper floor protected from the wind and is generously covered, you can also enjoy the evenings here. You will find restful peace in the spacious bedroom, in which a wonderfully comfortable, individually adjustable double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) is waiting for you at a comfortable height. The electrically operated large skylight can be completely darkened for undisturbed sleep and also has an insect screen roller blind. Two bedside tables with discreet lamps invite you to browse. Another TV set is on the wall here. Your clothes can be stored in two large wardrobes as well as a wide chest of drawers and on two men. The spacious, interior bathroom has a large, floor-to-ceiling real glass shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, storage space and, in addition to the underfloor heating, an electric towel dryer. In the storage room you will find, among other things, vacuum cleaners, ash vacuums for the fireplace, various cleaning utensils, drying racks and balcony pads. 1 pet is a welcome guest. Your car is on a parking space belonging to the apartment (No. 06). You can store your own or borrowed bicycles as well as beach utensils etc. in your own shed. There is also a connection option here for charging your e-bikes. You can book the initial equipment of a laundry package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or add your own. From 2 packages booked, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat.
