On a plot of approx. 3000 m², this dream house under reef with 2 exclusive semi-detached houses with great attention to detail and directly on the Baltic Sea beach with private beach access and direct sea view in 2013 newly built. The kilometer-long, white sandy beach that you reach directly from our property seduces to long walks, sunbathing or swimming. Ideal conditions for all types of water sports.

Left half of the house 1 with pet permission and with 6-8 persons bookable! (3 Schlafzimer plus developed Loft with 2 further sleep possibilities)

Sehr komfortables Ferienhaus mit Strandzugang. Gelegen an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt!
Alles war perfekt in dieser wohl durchdachten Ferienhaushälfte. Vom Ausblick zur Brandung am Strand bis zur Haustechnik wurde nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Ein Kritikpunkt: Wenn man solchen Ausblick bietet, sollten auch die Fenster diesem Anspruch genügen. Auch die Inventarliste sollte immer aktuell gehalten werden, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Und das Sofa ist für die angegebene Personenzahl definitiv zu klein. Bei solchem Objekt sind die Ansprüche auf allen Seiten hoch!
