Summer Breeze Cottage is sure to become a favorite for your vacation spot. This one level cottage offers stunning views from almost every area in the house and is located on a flat lot. A large master bedroom with wide water views, king size bed and sitting is a perfect place to end your day. The second bedroom has a beautiful furniture, privacy, spacious layout and a queen sized bed. A full bath completes this side of the house. The large living area with floor to ceiling windows offers wonderful views, comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. A dining area with a large pantry is off of the fully stocked kitchen. There is also a sitting room with a table perfect for games or puzzles. The entire lakeside of the living, dining and kitchen area offers huge windows and sliding doors with wide water views and shades for convenience.

The huge back deck offers comfortable, updated seating, bulb string lighting, a gas grill (with propane provided) and a large space heater for cool evenings. A wide gravel path leads to the dock and water side fire-pit. The dock offers a covered gazebo with lighting, floater and plenty of space on either side; perfect for swimming and taking advantage of the 2 kayaks provided by the owner. Summer Breeze Cottage brings all of the most sought after amenities such as beautiful decor inside and out, wide water views, flat lot, fire-pit, huge deck and dock, kayaks and more!

Electricity and lights available at dock
Boat lift not available to guests due to insurance reasons. Guests can tie up to the floater provided but cannot park in, under or around the lift.
Floating dock is 26 feet long with 3 cleats
Water depth at the end of dock is approximately 8-9 feet at full pond
Home has 2 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell at front entrance and 1 at rear entrance
We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
