L’emplacement de la petite résidence permet l’accès au départ des pistes en quelques minutes de voiture, laquelle avait toujours une place de parking, mais peu d’appartements occupés. Les 2 immeubles sont des années 80, donc isolations phonique intérieure absente et thermique passable, le chauffage électrique pas terrible dans la chambre (avec des claquements qui m’ont réveillé et m’ont conduit à l’arrêter, donc chambre glaciale).L’équipement de la cuisine est vétuste et la cafetière électrique s’est remise en marche au milieu de la nuit, ce qui m’a heureusement réveillé.L’appartement est grand, fidèle aux habitudes architecturales de l’époque, mais la salle-de-bains gagnerait en confort en remplaçant la baignoire où on ne tient pas debout du fait d’un rampant, par une douche (pas trop petite, car il y a de la place).Donc appartement bien situé (l’arrêt de la navette n’étant pas trop loin sur la route qu’il faut néanmoins longer à pied) mais équipement vétuste, mais complet (LV et LL, four à MO, vaisselle, etc.), et environnement calme.Reposant.

Très bon séjour.Appartement spacieux, lumineux, très bien localisé, proche du départ pistes en voiture.Possibilité aussi de se rendre sur les pistes de ski de fond ou sur le chemin reliant Briançon à Monêtier directement de l'appartement. Facilité pour se garer. Hôte agréable et disponible, arrangeant, très bonne communication.Il serait peut-être souhaitable de revoir un petit peu la vaisselle ainsi que le matériel de cuisineFacilitgarer.

Superbe appartement bien lumineux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Monetier les bains ! L'appartement est très agréable, très lumineux, et vraiment bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il nous a semblé plus spacieux que sur les photos, en tout cas vraiment parfait à quatre ! Très bien localisé, au calme, petite résidence, joli hameau et vraiment très proche de toutes commodités. Bref nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour et espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir !

A proximité immédiate de la navette, l'appartement est propre, bien agencé, calme et bien équipé. De plus; ma résidence est récente et plutôt bien insonorisée, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Attention cependant, il n'y a pas de box internet dans cet appartement, mais la connexion 4G passe très bien avec une qualité tout à fait acceptable. Dans l'ensemble j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. N'ayant pas de voiture j'ai pu tout faire en utilisant la navette ou à pied (le monnetier est à environ 1/2h en passant par les pistes), et être au freyssinet apporte un calme bienvenu

L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux, clair ; décoration et rénovation sont appréciables et non vieillots par rapport à ce que l'on retrouve trop souvent dans les appartements de montagne. Dommage, nous n'avons pu profiter que de 2 journées en montagne, le coronavirus nous a contraints à rejoindre notre domicile pour confinement dès le mardi matin. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain !

Séjour des plus agréables dans une location calme, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. L'appartement est bien aménagé et rien ne manque pour la vie de tous les jours. Le contrat est bien clair et les explications pour l'arrivée sont bien précises. De Monêtier, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix pour les randonnées et les visites aux alentours et l'Italie n'est pas loin. Bon contact avec le propriétaire, aussi bien par internet que par téléphone. Nous gardons ses coordonnées pour un prochain séjour et nous recommandons cette location.
