## Logement
Located on the second floor without an elevator, the apartment is fully equipped, well furnished with a Scandinavian decor. Ideal for a stay in the mountains with friends or family, it is ready to accommodate four people.

It includes: a mountain corner with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a new shower room and a nice living room with a sofa where you can relax after an intensive day of activities! For an excellent stay, you will have everything at your disposal: parking space, television, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven.

Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning is done after each traveler.

Don't miss visiting the sites of interest such as: the aquatic center "les Grands Bains du Monêtier" at five minutes walk from the accommodation, the Tourist Office at 4 minutes, the Museum of Sacred Art at three minutes and many others. If you like hiking, there are several hiking trails near the house!

You will be at 10 minutes walking distance from the slopes of Serre-chevalier where you will be able to fully enjoy winter or summer activities such as alpine skiing, giant zip line, mountain karts, hiking, climbing with the brand new climbing wall at the foot of the slopes as well as the brand new bike park right next to the big baths, picnics ....

You will find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, ski rental stores. For your daily shopping, the sherpa supermarket is 3 minutes away from the accommodation. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!


## Emplacement
On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, Monêtier les Bains is a commune of Serre-Chevalier, perfect to take a good breath of fresh air.
It is a commune rich in heritage, with its church Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, that of Saint-Claude de Monêtiers-les-bains, but also its museum of Sacred Arts.
