Wi-Fi was not connected to the tv so the clerk had to come to the room and connect it and the clock in the room had not been updated so we missed breakfast. ARGH!

Great hot breakfast! Clean quiet room...same exit as traders world, cincinnati outlets and miami valley gaming. Staf were super friendly. Uber and lyft services in the area.

I booked & paid for a room that listed sofa bed in description only to be told that I’d have to pay additional charges when I checked in. When I showed the employee the listing on Expedia he said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then the room was dirty. Food in refrigerator and shower dirty (hair & grime). I had to ask for sheets, pillow & blanket for sofa bed & was given a hard time with that. The shower didn’t work right either. Horrible stay & waste of money
