When workers are staying at this hotel, staff should be vigilant of dirt left by workers boots around the lobby area, breakfast area and elevators as this is not ver welcoming. Area was left like that for hours without cleaning. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast with sausage, cold cereal and eggs. Juice machine was broken and no alternative juice was offered. Not so bad for a couple of nights.

The door on the room I was given would not close and the room smell like piss. Also, the couch and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I asked the lady at the front for another room. She claimed the hotel was booked up and gave me instructions on how to close the door. Which I couldn’t get it to work. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. So, me and my son checked out of the hotel. I couldn’t believe a room like that was given to a guest. I’ve stayed at comfort suite hotels before and this one was the worst.

Staff was courteous, however the microwave in my room is in horrible condition. It needs replacing. The paint is coming off the bottom. Looked too horrible to use. I tried using one in 203 but that one was in terrible condition as well. They are old and need replacing.

The room was lacking a few basic amenities. The room’s floor was uneven with old carpet covering it. Our room was positioned where the street light peeked thru the curtain. We only had two towels to use in the bathroom. Bed was fine and clean.

Room cover was nasty upon arrival . Hotel front desk was okay the night of check in but the next man the next day was Very rude . I booked a stay for 4 days . They watched us early morning the next day they hotel front desk person went in our room searching our things . HIS NAME WAS JACK AND WAS VERY RACIST . I got in pool with me and my 3 kids . They put us out said 5 people can not be in pool at one time which was crazy because it’s a pool ! We tried to get breakfast & they didn’t allow us to eat said breakfast was only for me and my kids could not eat . They also put us out the hotel completely locked us out our room only because me and my kids got in the pool . We was not loud or disrespecting anyone . We have been harassed since we made it . Also due to us getting Put out I Had to go pay for my kids some where else to stay . I have asked for a manager 10x the man name jack stated he don’t have one !!!

The floor was very dirty, even had gum stuck to the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The beds were hard as a rock, with flat, tiny pillows. The toilet needed two flushes every time it was used. Staff were unwelcoming, and some were rude.

The room was clean, however the water barely got warm in the shower. There was a nice selection for breakfast, and the fruit was fresh. However the eggs and biscuits were burnt and the bacon was raw.
