only 2 hand towels in room nothing else, bathroom fan sounded like a WW2 jet ready for take off, sheets were stained, TV did not work. Noisy people all night on upper balcony, very hard mattress. Great shower pressure, and the most patient, professional young man at the check in counter I have seen working retail in quite some time. And the others waiting were very rude as was the person on the phone

The young fellow at the front desk got us a new TV when ours wouldn’t work. At 4 am someone tried to enter our room. Luck thing we had the chain on the inside of our room.

I've stayed here many times as I travel here alot usually we have a nice room. The room this time the room looked dirty. Broken outlet in room stains on the bed. Asked for room service. They had no clean sheets then when they became available I had to ask for sheets and make the bed myself. Microwave was taped together. My husbands ear buds were stolen. Paid 700 for a week very disappointed

The room was dirty with a horrible cigarette smoke smell that they tried to cover up with “air freshener”. Smell got progressively worse overnight. The front desk did not care.

The carpet was dirty and stained. No cups were provided. The sink was loose on the counter and the hole for it was too big causing water to run onto the floor. Two of the four vanity light bulbs were burned out.

Dirty but if you bring your own gear, it's fine
We had read previous reviews so were prepared in advance of what to expect, but were only going to be there to sleep so decided to go for it. We brought our own blankets to cover furniture & the bed if needed. On first glance it looked ok. Furniture cheap & beat up but reasonable. I pulled back the covers to find dark stains on the sheet right under the pillow. The sheets appeared "clean" but I was grossed out. We also only had one towel. It was late & my husband was already in the shower, so I went to the office to request a clean fitted sheet, towel & pillow. The staff were very gracious, asked to see the picture & offered to have us change rooms. As we had already unloaded all of our ski gear I declined. After a bit they were able to locate a flat sheet, towel & pillow. As we put the flat sheet over the one already on the bed we noted that it also appeared 'clean' but had multiple stains as well. We decided at that point to use our own blankets. The towels were of good quality. It's a bummer that the owners haven't invested in something as inexpensive as new sheets. Breakfast was ok but humorously only 1 thing of each item was put out (cupcake, muffin, poptart). There were cereal & bagels & passable coffee.
