The called and told us we had to upgrade to be near the other person we traveled with. Yet when we arrived the room was not ready, there was food left in yhe fridge and there was no towels of any kind in the bathroom. The breakfast the next day had no waffle mix available, the eggs were dry, and the tater tots were hard. The milk containers had dry milk crusty on top. All of thebstaff except the one we checked in with have been snippy and rude.

Friendly front desk staff and comfortable mattress and pillows. However, the cleaning needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom was disgusting, not mopped, and there was fresh urine on the floor.

We booked this hotel due to the beautiful pool we booked a suite for 4 days. When we arrived the pool was closed completely tore up mounds of dirt no water. The hotel should send out an email or post a notice on their website. Our children were so sad as this was a family trip for our sons 9th birthday we drove over 10 hours. There was no refund offered or any type of compensation I felt like I was bamboozled

I would not stay here again

I read reviews online and one said this hotel has seen better days. That’s putting it kindly. I guess it was originally built as a conference center but now it is pretty dismal. The beginning of October isn’t exactly high season, but very few people were staying here. Despite prominent signs saying it was a nonsmoking hotel, the odor of marijuana permeated the hallway. Our room, though billed as nonsmoking, also had an odor. Desk chair when pulled out had crumbs on the seat. Many signs of wear and tear and damage. Towels smelled sour. Pool area (which you had to walk through on the way to your room) was closed and not clean, with leaves, etc. Breakfast (which got great reviews) was hard scrambled eggs and dried up biscuits and gravy.
