The property is gorgeous. Rural, feels off the grid, yet two miles from local artisan shops, local bistros and the historical hubs, as you drive up the hill and off the highway. Owner-run. Guests notice the difference the moment they turn up the drive.

PROPERTY AMENITIES — WHAT EVERY GUEST GETS

Created Comfort Sleep. Every suite is curated around it — a twelve-to-fourteen-inch premium gel-filled memory foam mattress, a four-inch luxury plush pillow topper, an adjustable heated mattress pad, and high-thread-count boutique linens.

Full central heating and air conditioning, supplemented by independent thermal heating plates paired with dedicated in-room thermostats. Ceiling fans for hot sleepers.

Guest suites sit on the quiet West Side sleep wing, structurally shielded from the Chef's Kitchen and the laundry.

Complimentary Starlink satellite Wi-Fi.

Large flat-screen TVs with Dish Network, over 200 channels plus music, with DVR. Netflix.

Fast-charging bedside alarm clocks with Bluetooth and soothing nature sounds.

Two living rooms, well appointed yet comfortable, a breakfast counter, a dining room, and upstairs a kitchenette with a breakfast nook table.

A fully equipped kitchen — pots, pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances. One drop in the Instacart app and you're cooking your way, with plenty of personal food storage.

A twenty-four-hour self-serve Keurig station, coffee and tea, always replenished. Fully stocked beverage stations on both floors — coffees and herbal teas. Bottled water, and our chlorine- and fluoride-free Estate-Infused Botanical Water, are available to order.

On-site laundry is available for a small fee. Wash, dry and fold service is also available.

Everything you need to get ready for a special event — handheld garment steamers, heavy-duty pressing irons, lint rollers and a sewing kit.

Bathrooms already stocked with linens, soap, shampoo and conditioner from our very own The Grayson Salon & Spa, so there is nothing to go out and buy at nine at night. Restrooms are sanitized and restocked daily, with fresh towels and paper goods.

Weekly housekeeping for Extended Stays

Free off-street parking, with large stalls sized for work trucks, equipment, and sprinter vans. Pull directly up to the front porch to unload first. great for limos.

Package acceptance — Amazon, UPS, FedEx and DHL, received, carried in and set where you want them. We accept packages ahead of your reservation, so what you send arrives before you do.

Pets accepted. A fully fenced, off-leash play paddock, and over an acre of grounds for on-leash walks. An on-site Pet Concierge service is offered so you can leave with confidence and not board your furry family member.

Kid-friendly — a mini crib, toddler toys, high chairs, children's dishes and special utensils.

The sauna, the Firepit Oasis, outdoor eating, the decks, and the picturesque gardens with their wide, level walking paths and our walk-in bunny cage.

THE ROOM

The Shasta is a super fun, cozy upper-floor suite designed for quiet and comfort. Furnished with a huge mirror, a massive real-wood bureau, and comfortable seating for two, it offers a warm, rich feel that feels like home rather than a standard hotel.

As our premier non-carpeted room, it is the ideal choice for guests with allergies, or those traveling with pocket dogs, cats and small pets.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

A queen bed, anchored by our Deep Relaxing Comfort System. Sink into a premium gel-filled mattress crowned with an extra-plush topper for a deeply supportive, cloud-like embrace, wrapped in crisp, organic luxury sheets that practically beg you to snuggle in and drift off.

Plenty of room for little ones to snuggle in — a small child or a pup — plus room for a mini-crib.

Blackout curtains, for shift workers and anyone who needs to sleep through daylight.

WORK AND LIVING

A dedicated traveler's desk. A premium bedside clock with wireless charging and soothing white noise.

Breakfast is included. Did someone say breakfast! Our breakfast is served hot and fresh, garden to table. In season, guests can pick their own ingredients, gather eggs from our free-range organically fed flock, then have them prepared. Out of season we source local and organic. You have the option of decadent and indulgent, or nutritionally dense and nutritious — either way your meal will be a wonderful experience.

PETS ARE WELCOME

$75 for stays under twenty-eight days, and $150 for stays of thirty days or more. Bring the pet — we plan for the pet before you arrive.

BRINGING CHILDREN

Children are counted as guests. Let us know their approximate age, and whether boy or girl, so we can prepare a special welcome gift.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

$25 per person, per night, beyond two.

STAYING 30, 60, 90 DAYS OR MORE

Any one of our suites can be booked for a long stay — 30, 60, 90 days or more.

The nightly rate steps down at seven nights, and steps down again, more deeply, at thirty. Thirty-plus days is tax free, with no first, last or security deposit.

We host travel nurses and contract clinicians, construction and trade crews, professionals relocating for work, and families placed with us after an insurance claim. Travel nurse housing is a regular part of what we do.

HARMONY AND SUSTAINABILITY

The property runs on a mindful, zero-waste philosophy. Kitchen scraps feed our chickens and rabbits. Compostable coffee pods enrich the soil. Single-use plastics have been replaced with elegant refillable amenities. We use fragrance-free laundry products and organic cleaners.

Outside, we work with nature rather than against it — compost, mason bee houses, native flower mixes for the hummingbirds, and dandelions left to bloom because they feed the bees early in the season. The gardens run on root-drip irrigation.

Fresh produce and free-range eggs go to local food banks, to support the people who have supported us.

A LOCATION LIKE NO OTHER

You feel the stress come off your shoulders on the drive up the tree-lined road into the equestrian neighborhood. You may have to stop for a grazing deer or two.

We sit at the foot of the Cascades with Seattle less than an hour out — five to seven minutes from the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, Evergreen Equestrian and Evergreen Speedway. Centered, surrounded by eco-tourism and wine country, and at roughly equal distance from Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie, so a ski weekend works in either direction. Serving Redmond, Woodinville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett, Snohomish, Duvall, Issaquah and Arlington.

Also close by: the Skykomish River, Wiggly Field Off-Leash Dog Park, the Reptile Zoo, Remlinger Farms, Chateau Ste. Michelle and the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire. SeaTac Airport is just over an hour.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

We book up to five suites at a time, so the house is never crowded.

Other suites are available. We also host private blocks, full estate buyouts, facilitator-led retreats, and small private occasions. If you need more than one room, please ask.

If a date search comes back empty, that is not a no. Our booking system can only offer a stay it is able to hold in one room for every single night, and we are not limited that way — we can split your stay across suites. Please ask.
