Hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. The only couple of gripes i have are, the room doesn’t have and iron and ironing board and the walls and floors are paper thin. Someone above us had to be having a party because they stomped and ran all night and kept us up. We had to call the front desk to try and get some rest!

When we checked in there was a couple of men checking out and turning in their key. When the desk clerk gave us the key to our room they handed us the key that the men had handed in and told us we were in room 228. I told him no that was the key that was just turned in. I finally got him to understand that earlier he said we were in room 232. Got to room, only had one small bedside table , one chair. Two bath towels, no small face towels. Had hair on floor of shower, no tissues, no hair dryer. Was very disappointed. These places needs to be vetted closer. Will never stay there again. This has made me a little skeptical of Travelocity.

It was clean. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable. The pillows need replaced. We had 2 small towels and 2 wash cloths. No hand towel to dry hands . One small bar of soap to shower with wash hands with. I prefer a bar strictly for hands and a hand towel to dry with. No ice machine. We were told there were ice trays in the freezer and the faucet water was good to drink or make ice. We had to go to a store and buy our own paper towels and disposable cups. No coffee pot in the room. If you needed to iron clothes you had to ask to use a iron. Although it smelled and looked clean, It felt like we were in a cheap bug motel. I can understand no breakfast but the other convinces should be provided. The walls are thin.. we could hear the person in the next room snoring. The guy across the hall was so loud it felt like he was in the room with us. Not a pleasant stay.

It was very clean and nice place, beds was nice and comfortable, loved the walk in shower.
