It is a strange place, no lobby, no breakfast, no coffee makers, no sense of community. The bathroom is sparse, toilet paper dispenser is absent, towels? I’ve never been given just 2! It’s clean, very dated, and I’m disappointed in the facility.

We were initially placed in a room that did not have an air conditioner that worked for a whole night. However, the next morning we were switched to another room with a properly working air conditioner. I felt that we should have at least received a partial refund for the first night of discomfort. In addition, a whole was placed on my account for the full amount of my stay which looked like had been charged double for the next three days.

I did not get to stay. A front desk receptionist called me and said my card declined but I was explaining to her that I chose to pay at property. She said she don’t care what I chose on the website because that’s not they property policy. I was asking how could that be if website allowed it and she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional weird relationship the hotel and website have and that individual was very unprofessional
