Wonderful newly renovated apartments in the heart of Monschau. Also called the pearl of the Eifel. You will find a nice apartment with two bedrooms, living room with sofa and flat screen TV, spacious bathroom and a new kitchen (furnished with kitchen inventory for 6 p.) Suitable for up to 6 people. Ideal location for a city trip to Monschau. They are wonderfully spacious apartments, from which you can make various trips to Monschau or environment. The building was created in 1804 when a Mr. Elbers bought this typical mansion. The mansion served as weaving and strongly resembles the Rotenhaus (typically building) in the center of Monschau.

Bedingt Empfehlenswert
Positiv: Sauberkeit, Lage direkt in der Stadt. Negativ: Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Geschirrspüler war nicht vorhanden. Meiner Meinung nach für 6 Personen nicht geeignet. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Der Toaster ließ sich auch nur mit einem Trick benutzen. Parkplatz muß auch extra bezahlt werden,10€ pro Tag. Sehr altes Gebäude, Fenster teilweise nich ganz zu schließen und vom Appartement über uns haben wir jeden Schritt gehört. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort und haben uns damit arrangiert. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz!

Gemütlich
Die Wohnung war komplett und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir waren gem dem Inserat von 3 Schlafzimmern ausgegangen. Es waren aber nur zwei. Es war kein Beinbruch, weil wir nur zwei brauchten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zu Fuß ist man gleich im Zentrum von Monschau, mit dem Auto (guter Parkplatz) kommt man gut weg.
