They are built in the Spanish style, quiet in a dead end, no traffic and in a special location with sea views as penultimate villas by the sea. The above-average equipment and the pleasant ambience will inspire you and contribute to your recovery. These include antique solid wood furniture in the living-dining area, two modern kitchens fully equipped with all necessary appliances, wide and comfortable beds (1.80 x 2.00) with good mattresses and beautiful bathrooms with double sinks. That's how I always imagined our holiday villa. Right on the sea, beautiful style, and great decor. Nothing was missing, the amenities of the villas were well above average and well maintained. My family, felt extremely well. I did not want to go back after 14 days. Our friends want to go now too. We will come back too.

My husband promised me after this holiday in Villa Felix: "I buy a house by the sea." I would like to buy the villa immediately, because it was a holiday to our taste. The villa and the ambience were very nice and pleasant, actually unusual for a holiday villa, because mostly sober and cool or with old discarded junk from home decorated. But here was very tastefully decorated and it was all there. We all felt comfortable.
We especially liked that we had to travel to the beach no way and also daily no parking for the car had to search. We also saved money unconsciously because if our children wanted to eat ice cream or have something to drink on the beach, then they could quickly and easily get it out of our own fridge instead of buying expensive at the beach cafe.
Conclusion: As long as we have no own beach villa, we come again and again. Next time our friends want to go.

We rented both objects for two weeks. It was a really great holiday. It is a beautiful, fully equipped and stylishly furnished dream home in absolute top location right on the beach. Especially the beach has impressed us, as it was no problem to swim spontaneously or to jog along the beach. In the evening we cooked together and ate together outside. The supermarket next to, is ideal for shopping for snacks (rolls, drinks, ice cream, vegetables, etc.)
We rated the house excellent because it is the perfect holiday destination for both adults and children.
A thank you on our part to the caretaker as well as to the landlord, who were very open, nice and helpful. Overall a great holiday !!!

It is a beautiful, fully equipped and stylishly furnished dream home in absolute top location right on the beach. For cooking you will find in the open, well and practically furnished kitchen everything you need for the preparation of the food. Also TV, stereo etc., even a brick fireplace are available. Everything was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, great care and thoughtfulness and corresponds to an upscale amenities.
Since the beach is only a few meters away from the house, it is no problem to swim spontaneously or to jog along the clean beach. The carefully maintained, equipped with enough pool chairs offers the necessary cooling during sunbathing. The beautifully tiled terrace with brick barbecue and stylish tables and chairs offers enough space, so we spent many nice, relaxing days and cozy evenings. But also the beach, which was by no means crowded, and the clean sea have their irresistible charm and invite you to swim, snorkel and dive. The beautiful view of the sea, the sound of the sea and the sunsets create a unique ambiance and feeling.

The houses offer everything you need for a holiday away from the hotels. The pool is absolutely great and very well maintained. Ideally, it is really only a few steps to the beach. This was cleaned every morning. The sand is almost like powdered sugar. Delicious bread and baguettes we have every morning worried in the small market. And most of the things you need in your daily life can be found there in a family-friendly atmosphere (Ola!) to acquire at civilian prices. Especially recommended are the houses because of their location for families with children, or people who seek relaxation away from the large tourist crowds.
This holiday gets the full score from our family !!!

Heike, dream vacation on the beach
We spent our vacation there with a friendly family. This constellation is just great, as the outdoor area and pool are shared. The villa is truly unique, both in terms of location, as well as the decor and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms enough big for 2 people. Since the windows are equipped with mosquito nets by the landlord, you can sleep with the windows open and listen to the sound of the sea. If the kids wanted to escape from the sun, there was the full German television program in the house.
As the villa is at a dead end, the frequent traffic in Spain is very limited.
Despite the nearby campsites, the beach was never overcrowded.
The small supermarket next door is great for the morning rolls and the restaurants in the immediate area offer, if you do not want to cook, where we like the built-in outdoor grill used, the so good that the food is done very quickly and by the deduction You do not bother yourself or the neighbors with the otherwise usual smoke over the stone. It is very reassuring to have a German-speaking contact at the resort. The caretaker took good care of us on site. Many Thanks.

It's really everything as described in vacation-directly. We will miss the morning and evening beach walk. The location is just beautiful. Shopping and restaurants are abundant. The house is divided great and also on the German television you need not do without. The pool is also cleaned weekly by the nice caretaker, who is also willing to get up very early on departure to receive the key. All in all a great holiday !!!

We have the vacation in the Villa Max to five very much enjoyed. The description on the Internet has kept what she promised. The equipment in the villa is versatile and above average. Everything in very good condition.
For questions is a very helpful, nice and friendly caretaker on site (German speaking). Of course, perfect for us as Swiss, who only master holiday Spanish.
Due to the proximity to the beach, the shops and the restaurant "la Riviera" (you have to have eaten fish !!!) absolutely nothing to be desired. The small supermarket around the corner had not quite everything on offer (at the beginning of June, one / two weeks before the start of the season), but the supermarket on the campsite offered a very good alternative for things that were not yet available.
A walk along the beach - and it's a good three quarters of an hour in the middle of Miami. Speaking of - 20 minutes to Miami and you will find a nice little beach bar. - That shortens the way enormously.

We were 2 weeks with 9 people in the Villa Felix and Max and what can I say. That's just great.
2 years ago we chose the Villa Laura as a holiday home and were thrilled. This was topped up now. Everything as in the description and in part even better. Finally: Everything was fine, we will be back.

Two beautiful villas, very well furnished. Clean, even all the dishes, which we did not have at other fincas. The small supermarket, we liked it very much.
And above all, just a few steps to the sea. The caretaker service was good too. We will definitely recommend the two villas to our friends.
