Please return the beach pass and lot key to the binder on the desk to the right of the fireplace. Lost keys incur a $150 replacement fee

Montauk beach house

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's home in Montauk. The house was very clean and seemed recently updated. The bathrooms were clean, bright with nice modern amenities and floor tiling. Access to the private parking lot at the beach was super convenient and kept the beach from getting crowded. The beach was beautiful - we even saw whales! We would be happy to come back to stay at this house again.

Comfortable home with space to relax!

The living space in this home is great- the dining and living area is generous and the kitchen set up for people helping and a counter that made preparing plating and serving easy. The deck on top had a great grill and the home came with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and ample space for all of us. Hosts were accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous home!! Even better than pictured! The property is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. I loved not having to worry about packing shampoo or a hair dryer or linens! The facility was so clean, I would 1000% stay here again. Patrick was the best part of the experience- he answered all my questions immediately, and was very easy to plan with. He gave great suggestions for the area. Suggest staying with him 100%!

The only reason I wouldn't return.

We loved the property. Unfortunately, we would not return. We are definitely not rowdy people by any means, but we had six cars for a Saturday afternoon in front of the house. Two neighbors complained. One came to the door saying we were "blocking his garbage cans." One said my daughter made his dog bark after parking in front of his house. This was my daughter's wedding day so I found it a little upsetting. Patrick was nothing but accommodating and easy to talk to. Absolutely wonderful. I thank him for that. I just felt uneasy with the neighbors. I don't think they are happy it is a rental property.
