Only thing i wasn't a fan of was the shared balcony. It felt a bit awkward having strangers sitting right next to you when you are trying to have a romantic moment with your partner.

This place was clean and everyone was very friendly. Great place in Montauk by the docks and you can bring your dog !! Definitely be back.

Room was clean and spacious. Property is really nice with wonderful plants and seating areas. Rooms don’t have coffee makers/hot water for tea and at this price point they should but otherwise loved the space and would definitely book again. Bed and pillows were comfy too.

Great place to stay clean, quiet and the price accordingly. Just one detail the pillows are not comfortable, they are too high and hard. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay your visit!
