This traditional Touraine longère is set beside a small stream in a very quiet residential neighborhood, right in the heart of the village. It’s ideally located near all shops and many tourist attractions: the medieval keep of Montbazon, the castles of Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Villandry, AOC vineyards, and more.



The peaceful, charming setting makes it perfect for family or friends’ gatherings, just 15 minutes from Tours. From early June to late August, an above-ground pool (4.25 m x 2.50 m x 1 m) is set up in the garden—ideal for cooling off during summer.
