It enjoys a green and shaded area of 900 m2 with heated swimming pool and terraces. (The swimming pool is protected by an approved electric curtain with key lock.)
Covering an area of 130 m2, the house is on one level, it is bright and quiet.
Equipped kitchen open to a large living room. Small TV lounge with covered terrace overlooking the golf course.
In addition to the bathroom 2 bedrooms are equipped with a shower each.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire! Conforme à la description excepté le barbecue impossible à cause des risques de feu. Très bon logement, rien à dire. Un peu loin des principaux lieux à visiter.

Deux semaines de découverte de la Drôme provençale magnifiées par la superbe maison de M et Mme Napoly. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente chez soi. La maison est parfaitement équipée et les produits de base permettent de débuter le séjour sans avoir à courir au supermarché dès votre arrivée. La piscine est toujours à la bonne température et permet de se détendre au retour des balades dans les villages perchés de la Drôme. L'environnement est calme et propice au farniente. Mon mari, notre fille, notre chienne Chouquette et moi y avons passé deux semaines de rêve. Merci pour votre accueil.

Tout est OK, nous avions de quoi nous restaurer lors de notre arrivée. Explications hyper complètes et disponibilité lors d'un renseignement. Seule chose qui pourrait être ajoutée, une barre pour la sortie de la piscine. Le plus embêtant, nos ennemis, les moustiques (avons été prévenus) , dame nature est la plus forte. Merci pour votre service, votre disponibilité. Départ des lieux avec un bébé à 4h du matin, et présence pour la remise des clefs.(GENIAL pour passer LYON) Très bien.

Das hauseigene Piscine war traumhaft. Die uralten Bäume im Garten spendeten wohltuenden Schatten. Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus. Klimatisiert! Ruhige Lage. In einer sehr schönen Wohnsiedlung. Sehr liebenswürdige und zuvorkommende Eigentümer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bel endroit, maison accueillante
Nous avons été agréablement accueilli par Annick et Daniel dans leur belle maison. Elle est très bien équipée avec une belle surface où chacun pouvait vaquer à ses occupations sans gêne pour les autres, sans oublier la superbe piscine qui a permis de jolis moments de convivialité et de détente. On s’y sent comme chez soi ! C’est un agréable endroit pour se détendre et recharger les batteries.
