Family wooden house of 116 m2, facing south. Warm and bright, it has all modern comforts. It is 1.5 km from the centre of the medieval village of Montbrun Les Bains, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Ideally located in the Baronnies Provençales massif which offers a mild climate and remarkable landscapes. Free of light pollution, you will be able to observe an extraordinary starry sky!
A paradise for nature lovers, walkers/hikers, cyclists, horseback riders and other sports such as climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, paragliding.

Our wooden house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has been designed to enjoy the coolness in summer and the sun in winter. It is on one level with a step to access the terrace.
It is composed of a spacious, very pleasant and bright living room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped: induction hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender. The living room is comfortable with a 6-seater corner sofa and a 2-seater sofa.
A bedroom with 1 queen size bed, 1 large dressing room, 1 dresser. A bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 dressing room, 1 "work area" desk. A bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 large closet.
In the living room you will find a 2-seater sofa bed with a mattress safe for extra comfort.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, cupboard.
A toilet with washbasin.
A laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, first aid kit on the shelves of the closet, fire extinguisher.
Storage will allow you to put your belongings to free up space.
You can recharge your batteries by appreciating the calm and tranquility of the place by sitting on the shaded terrace in summer.
The garden is not fenced in order to keep an opening to nature. The small road linking Montbrun to Reilhanette passes at the end of the garden. There are neighbours behind the house and on the east side.
Several cars can be parked in the private parking lot of the house.
Wifi is available throughout the house for your comfort.
You have access to reversible air conditioning if needed.
A table plancha, fondue set and raclette are at your disposal. As well as DVDs, books for adults and children (some are in English) and board games for moments of relaxation with family or friends.
For toddlers: travel cot with extra mattress, high chair, small plastic bathtub, cane stroller, socket covers, night light.

You can take a wellness break by recharging your batteries at the Spa of the thermal establishment located 2 km from the house. The benefits of its thermal waters have also been recognized for decades for rheumatology and respiratory treatments.
Stroll through the old village and discover its cobbled streets, its belfry, its church, its castle, its fountains.
You will find all the necessary shops: restaurants, pizzeria, cafes, bakery, pastry shop, mini-market, organic store, pharmacy, bank, post office, beauty salon, various shops... You will find a book with the addresses, at your disposal in the drawer of the living room cabinet.
Not to mention the weekly market on Saturday mornings.
