Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn 700 m2 trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7.5 km, bus stop "Fumel-Place du Postel" 12 km.
"Les Grèzes", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio, DVD and wood-burning stove. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with small dining table.
