This is an ideal country house for families or groups of friends. It features a communal swimming pool, a rural spa and floors with underfloor heating, in the winter. Outside, the pool is private (as long as the other house that is on the same property is not occupied by other guests). Otherwise, the pool will then be for shared use. The rural holiday home is in a quiet area that lends itself perfectly for hiking tours, for example through impressive nature in nearby Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas. At the Pico Bermejo and the Pico La Tiñosa you can take beautiful photos, as a reminder of this unforgettable holiday. With a unique design and an ecological orchard, this property is different from others. Sustainability is clearly chosen, witnessing the fact that all energy is fully achieved from solar panels and biomass. The children can entertain carefree on the large, fenced terrain while you all exclude yourself in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare scrumptious meals.
