Allamanda Villa is an elegant five bedroom Caribbean vacation home. All on one level, the mid-century modern villa boasts a dramatic fifteen hundred square foot great room with soaring thirty foot ceilings and fifty feet of sliding glass doors that open up onto an expansive covered terrace.
Spanning over one hundred feet, the terrace affords guests the luxury of enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Play billiards or table tennis, enjoy a frozen cocktail at the bar while watching a sports event on the outdoor television, or lounge on the sofa and read a book, occasionally glancing up to watch the children play in the infinity edge, beach entry salt water pool, before gazing out at the Caribbean Sea.
Three master bedrooms are accessible via the terrace or an interior hallway. Two of these measure eighteen feet squared, and have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and walk-in closets. The third master bedroom measures twenty feet squared and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a two bedroom family suite which share an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The parents (or nanny) room, considered the forth master, has a secure private outdoor garden. All bedrooms have been floored in beautiful teak wood, are comfortably air conditioned and have televisions with cable access.
The great room has a seventy inch TV and video game system. WiFi internet is available throughout the property as well as a wireless speaker system (ALEXA) in the public spaces which can stream thousands of radio stations from around the world.
The villa sits on two acres of manicured grounds which includes an impressive play scape for children with swings, a slide and rock climbing wall. Incorporated into the drive-way is a basketball net.
The villa staff includes your own personal butler, a chef, chamber maid, a laundress, night manager, and gardener, all of whom will cater to your every need.
Attached to the villa at no extra cost is a passenger van and full time driver available for day trips around the island. Furthermore, for families with children ages eight and under we will provide forty hours of NANNY service!
Two Jamaican Dogs live at Allamanda (Peaches and Plum). They are very friendly and are given free reign of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.
Allamanda villa also includes beach club membership at nearby Tryall resort, perhaps the most exclusive resort in the Caribbean; playground of celebrities and CEO's.

Maximum occupancy at Allamanda Villa is ten adults or eight adults and four children. We can also accomodate two infants in full size cribs.

Not included in the rate are food and beverage, gas for the van, staff gratuities suggested at 10%-15% of villa rate, driver gratuities suggested at US$30/day, and expenses incurred on day trips and at the Tryall Club.
