The check-in was slow and tedious. Staff rude, both at front desk and pool bar. Dead cockroaches seen on walk to our room and plates with remnants of meals left in corners with flies buzzing them. Overall, the experience was a let-down.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, feel like a family from first entry, safe and secure. the property really could use some updating, safe in the room did not fork, pail peeling, water marks from leaking, tub old and dingy, furniture old dated.

Great location. Food was good. Clean with helpful staff. Drinks were good. Different level sitting areas to view the beach if you don’t have balcony and like to smoke. Kid friendly. Starbucks was across the street. Crossing guard was helpful. Transport to and from airport. I would stay again. Has a booth to book excursions. Has towel service. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!! Very pleasant to see happy faces that actually enjoy helping guests.

The property is across the road from the beach. A daily pass is provided to guest. Its very easy to access, and is the best beach in Montego Bay. The resort was fabulous, and the staff was excellent, and made sure you were always taken care of. We will definitely come back to the Deja resort, we had a great first time to Jamaica experience

All of thee above, Your website is very misleading. The property is rundown and extremely out dated .Myself and a substantial amount of guest were complaining and extremely disappointed with this property. This is definitely not a resort it's more like a roach infested Motel 6 of which my family are not accustomed to.We had to change rooms the second day we were there because the room was dirty with dirty stained towels and hair in the sink. The TV never worked. The housekeeper entered our room while we had the don't disturb sign on the door. She never replenished our towels . I received a call from a staff member the day I checked out informing us that a few towels were missing from the room and we possibly will not be receiving our 50 dollar deposit.Im not sure why we would take their towel and especially filthy ones. I would never recommend this property to anyone and would not be staying here again ever.

Entrance Security was unfair and inconsistent with how guest relatives were treated. While some were harassed every 30 mins, i noticed that some had there families over an hour without interference. My 75 uncle sitting waiting for a ride was accosted even though i talked to front desk and got ok

Very authentically Jamaican. You are not staying at a high end secluded resort, you are staying with Jamaicans. The food is authentically Jamaican, the entertainment is Jamaican. The beach was great, service was great (Taniki, Loretta, and Donovan). Comfortable and clean.

This hotel need a massive overall. There are no elevators and tons of stairs. The rooms are very outdated, no phone in the room, towels are old and bad coloured. The toilets are dirty
