I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Dreams Rose Hall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the resort is truly inviting and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a tropical getaway. The food and drinks were nothing short of excellent — delicious, beautifully presented, and with a great variety to suit all tastes. The entertainment was top-notch, with something for everyone, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether you're looking for lively shows, relaxing activities, or fun-filled evenings, this resort delivers A++! Overall, my stay was memorable and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Dreams Rose Hall to anyone seeking a luxurious, fun-filled, and welcoming Jamaican escape.This was my 3rd visit I can't wait to return!

Stay here 6 nights, was very good stay PROS: Great evening entertainment 10/10, clean rooms and environment, great smelling and AC, small health clinic Cons: for the food choices buffet not many food choices at the buffet and food most times was not warm at all all food was very bland especially paying all inclusive it's not right, drinks were heavily water down. Sometimes I have to get up and look for the servers to get me my drink after almost finishing up half my plate which is not great experience having to break my neck to make eye contact with a server and wave down Saw the nurse my son had a small bruise, The nurse not friendly at all she had a mask on did not introduce herself or interact with us other than ask my son age and proceeded to clean and put ointment, every step I had to ask her what medication she is applying little did she know I am a nurse (RN) here in the US. However I'm thankful I got some ointment n 2 bandages but need better nurse who wants to be there with better patient interaction During the day there isn't really enjoyable entertainment, they have one with music and person with microphone playing trivia by the kids pool area Recommendations:Me paying all inclusive would love to see more food choices and food should be season well ( food was very bland and not flavorful and not warm) Should have more variety of restaurants and more nicer entertainments during day

I stayed at the Hilton beginning of May 2025 in an ocean front king, 5th floor. The room is dated but comfortable and clean. View is spectacular!! The walls on the side with the interior door are very thin and you can hear everything!! We were right above the wedding venue but did not have any noise problems from them. I am a seafood-dairy free vegetarian and I found something to eat at all the restaurants. We went sailing on the property but spent most time in the lazy river. I would say 20% of staff could use some help in the friendliness area. Otherwise great place overall.

Having vacationed at Hilton Rose Hall before, I was pleased to see that the grounds remained clean and well-maintained upon arrival. However, our stay was met with a mix of positive and frustrating moments. The biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Huntley, the manager. Upon discovering that our duvet was dirty, he personally inspected the issue, resolved it swiftly, and generously sent us to Three Palms for dinner. His attentiveness was a bright spot, showcasing the hotel’s dedication to guest satisfaction. Food-wise, the Italian restaurant exceeded expectations with its quality and flavors. However, the atmosphere in the pool area was quite chaotic, making it less enjoyable for families with young children. Our son, while floating in the lazy river, was repeatedly crushed by inner tubes due to rowdy behavior, which took away from the relaxing experience. Additionally, noise levels were inconsistent. Guests on our floor were loud at times but quieted down around 10 p.m., which was manageable. However, service-related issues caused some inconveniences. We requested extra towels at 6:00 a.m., but they didn’t arrive until 8:30 a.m. Similarly, despite confirming multiple times that a bellman would arrive at 9:15 a.m. on departure day, no one showed up, forcing us to carry our own luggage—a disappointing way to end the stay. Check in was a very long, long wait. There is no thing as early check in here. My room was ready after 4 Pm. Check in staff plays games with letting you know your room is available. Rooms are clean but dated. Beautiful grounds. Pool area clean and accommodating. Guards everywhere.

Checking in was a nightmare. Took very long to check in about 1.5 to 2 hours even though the line was not long. Then rooms were not ready had to wait 20 mins and returned after 20 mins and 2nd room booked was not ready. 2 rooms were reserved well in advanced at least 3 monyhs and the rooms were not ready. After traveling for 9 hours the process was exhausting.

I value your money so I can tell you go to another hotel. This is NOT all inclusive: You have to pay extra for cabanas at the beach and some food at restaurants (like lobster or steak) I requested airport shuttle for 2 weeks and they never showed up at the airport. It was my birthday and the concierge told me literally they will send me whatever is left over like a piece of cake or something! what? They never sent anything to my room. Concierges are the worst part, customer service in general follows. Of course waitresses and people on site are the nice ones.
