I have to give the Hilton Rose a 5+++.I had so much fun, lots of food, many drinks and so many beautiful people serving us. I want to highlight the fantastic job Wayne at the bar does. He is kind and ready to please you even when you ask for a Bahama Breeze lol... he really made me lough. Venesha ready to help... soft and very kinds helps and listened to my crazy stories. She can help you get what you need in seconds. She was my to go girl when I was looking for something. I hope she gets to have a promotion soon, she really deserves it and can teach others her way. Tyron at the Three palms restaurant is the happiest guy ever.... fantastic waitress uh uh uh he treated us like a royal family. Edith my cleaning lady ..... sweet and diligent! Ya mon I will be back without hesitation!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of beach chairs and you could get a fresh beach towel when ever you wanted. I did feel that the alcoholic drinks were watered down. Skip the Three Palms Restaurant. The portions were very small and we all went away hungry. I ordered the mussels dinner and I got 5 mussels. The water park is very small as is the swim up bar area. If you reserve a King room on Travelocity at this hotel does not mean you are going to get one. We reserved a king and ended up with 2 queens. If you want to make sure you have a king reserve through Hiltons actual website. Over all we had a great time and I would stay here again.

The staff makes the hotel. You just need to expect a slower pace. The facilities were great. Specialty restaurant were all good but buffets were repetitive and not great.

This Hilton resort didn’t meet my expectation. Food and spa were important to me in my trip, and neither were good in general. Some drink and snack were okay, including dirty banana and coffee cake. The spa didn’t have steam room nor sauna. However, my masseuse, Talia, was excellent. Still, I won’t come back.

I really enjoyed this resort it was everything we were looking for and it is great for couples and a family vacation. The staff was very helpful and they greeted you with a smile every where you went. The food was excellent and they have about 4 or 5 different restaurants to choose from that serve many different types of food. The mangoes restaurant was our favorite because of the Caribbean style food . The beach itself was really nice and also the pool area. We can’t wait to come back for our next vacation.
