First time in Jamaica and this place was phenomenal. The staff was 10/10, best hospitality I’ve ever received anywhere in my life. Very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The food was delicious every meal. Wonderful nightly entertainment. Overall excellent experience!

The Hilton Rose Hall is such an amazing, fun, & relaxing place! The people are really what make your stay here such a great, stress-free experience. From the first moment you arrive the help at the entrance of the hotel is great. Jermaine greeted us with a friendly welcome and was so excited to have us. Ingrid at the front desk, as well as the rest of the staff in the lobby, were so welcoming and accommodating. Kerriann from room service was a pleasure & Sophia in the gift shop was kind & helpful. For lunch our favorite places were Mangoes and Moonstone Pizza. Aston at Mangoes is so helpful and will get you whatever you need! Rosetta and Portia at Moonstone served the BEST pizza, including delicious gluten free pizza! Rosetta was extremely helpful and an absolute sweetheart. For dinner our favorite restaurants were Luna Di Mare and Three Palms. Michael at Luna is very helpful & kind. He will make your dining experience wonderful! Colin, the waiter at Luna, was lovely. He will serve you anything you ask for & will get you anything you could possibly want. At Three Palms, Smiley is the BEST, along with his assistant Cornwald. They are great together & will definitely make you smile! Arlene, the cocktail waitress at Three Palms, is also a sweetheart! Denny from Annie's BBQ is lovely & very helpful. The gluten free options throughout the entire resort were delicious. They had plenty of gluten free options including pizza and pasta. They will also make you whatever you ask for!!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful that was a big highlight and a huge positive note on this trip. what was upsetting was the check in. what we had booked did not apparently exist in the hotel but instead of trying to help us it was a blame game with travelocity. The hotel would only provide a cot in a very small room and waive the $25 fee, I had to contact travelocity and they were able to help and provide assistants unlike the manager Jason who could not even clearly speak to us and just said it was travelocity’s fault . Food could be better in the buffet.

Pictures on website had to be taken twenty years ago. This property is old, and in desperate need of a total remodel. The rooms are smelly and dirty. The entire property needs help. The wait staff is great and the grounds are well maintained. However, the front desk staff is not well trained and it took 2 hours to check in. The hotel gave away our room with two queens beds and then told me I wasn’t promised that accommodation even though I had the reservation paperwork. Food was average, nothing special. They tell you that men must wear pants to restaurants, total joke!!! I never saw more undressed people in all my travels and no one was turned away. Men in shorts, t shirts and flip flops, girls in ripped jeans and tank tops and this was Christmas week. I can’t believe anyone would give this place four stars. Total disappointment, couldn’t wait to leave.

The family enjoyed the water park and the pool areas. The staff was very friendly and always wanted to please. The drinks were great and the outdoor dinner parties, jerk shack, mangos, and annies were also fantastic. The buffet dinners at Fresh were also surprisingly very good. We made reservations and attempted to eat at Luna di Mare and Seaside grill. The food was absolutely terrible at both restaurants to the point where we politely informed the waiter that the food inedible and left after just a few bites of the main course. We had hoped it was just the appetizers that were bad but no such luck. We had reservations at Three Palms but cancelled after our experience at the other two and did not want to waste a couple hours of the night. Over all a great trip, but due to the overall price of the resort and quality of food we will doubtfully return.
