My experience regarding my recent stay at your resort, which I booked through Expedia. Firstly, I would like to address an issue we encountered upon arrival. According to the information provided on your website, children under the age of five are accommodated free of charge. However, we were informed that this was not the case, and we had to pay for our three-year-old child at check-in. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms in our accommodation require significant upgrades. A serious concern arose when my friend discovered mold on the ceiling in their room, necessitating a room change. Regarding dining options, I found the selections at the buffet-style restaurant to be quite limited. While the seaside restaurant did not meet our expectations, we did enjoy the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer. Conversely, the Jamaican restaurant stood out as an excellent dining option, and we appreciated the café offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and ice cream. On a positive note, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and the beach was easily accessible and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed with the feedback process at checkout. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the overall experience, there was no follow-up to understand our concerns, which gave the impression that guest feedback is not a priority. My housekeeper Paulette was so wonderful for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We were welcomed and appreciated the entire time. Thanks for helping us make her 1st trip to Jamaica amazing. She definitely enjoyed the waterpark!

The scenery was amazing, drinks spectacular, the food spread at every meal was amazing. The room was cleaned daily, staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place to visit but more so very peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning again.
