All staff very friendly and made a very happy and pleasurable atmosphere. Room was a little tired but clean. Beaches, food and hospitality were great. Would go back again for sure.

The room was dirty, the food is no good, and they water down your drinks so bad that you can hardly taste what the drink is to taste like. They charge an extra $4.00 US a day per room for some kind of foolishness that some other hotel do not charge. Over all the price that they are charging is not worth it, the property is run down and is in need of repair badly. I will not stay there again unless they fix up the property and stop stealing from their guest.

The resort is awesome, the staff was always happy and helpful. If you needed anything, they were right there to help you. The beaches are so ckean and eautiful, and the water is clean and ckear. The only thing i had a problem with was the wifi was not the best

The hotel rooms are very outdated. The first room we were assigned to had a very bad mold smell to it. My friend and I woke up 2:30 in the morning with sore throats. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. We were suppose to have ocean view we had roof view. I complained the same day they said they were booked and I need to talk to Samone the rep. for Travelocity. I taking they 5 hours to contact me about my room change. The second room smelled better but floor was not clean. The ac went out 5 times, making a loud sound each time before it stop working. :
