We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel Grande. The resort was well kept and the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious with an amazing view of part of the resort and the ocean. The food was excellent everywhere we ate from the breakfast buffet to the lunch options and finally the dinners. It was peaceful and had the feel of a private resort and beach. We had an amazing time and we certainly come back.

Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. The establishment only has a total of 4, not including the buffet, and the majority of the restaurants weren't open until after 5 pm. Since we stayed for 4 days, we would have loved to have been able to experience the variety of restaurants we booked the resort for. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend anyone looking for a laid-back resort to relax.

It was an all inclusive beautiful resort, had restaurants and pools. But the major difference between this resort and anywhere I have been was the customer service. It was so far above any I have seen. You felt like you were an important person as well as a family member. Kudos to a great staff !!

전반적으로 스탭들도 친절하고 음식도 맛있었다. 하지만 우리가 묵었던 빌딩에 공사소음과 먼지가 심했다. 컴플레인을 했고 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 되었고 즉시 옮겨주었다. 하지만 옮겨진 방은 청소가 잘 되어있지 않아 문 뒷쪽에 먼지 가루들이 있었고, 샤워커튼에는 곰팡이가 있었다. 1박만 할거라서 컴플레인하지 않았다. 예정되어있던 낮 데일리 이벤트들은 숙박객들이 적고 호응도가 낮아서 진행되지 않았다. 많이 아쉬웠다. 이탈리안 레스토랑이 아주 좋았고, 스테이크하우스는 실망이었다. 가족 모두 스테이크 굽기를 미디움으로 요청했지만 모두 웰던으로 나왔다.

So much compliments for this resort and its amazing staff. From the time we arrived, until the tme we left, all our experiences surpassed our expectations!!! I wish I could name all the staff we came in contact with, but time won't allow it. The fisrt staff were the front desk staff, and they were amazing. Anthaniel and his co-worker (sadly I forgot her name) were first contact with your resort, and from there on, the bar was set very high! We knew we had picked a "20 🌟" establishment! Immediately after that first encounter, our second was with the personable, kind, patient, with no other than Mr. Vernon, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome! He helped in making us feel so welcome, from the time we checked in, until the time we checked out. What an amazing asset to your great establishment! Moving on to your food staff: Nekeshia, gave us our first insight to what an amazing dining staff you have on property. She attended to all our dining request with such grace and charm. She always checked on us to make sure our dining needs were met. What a sweetheart! Entire staff were amazing very friendly and courteous. Sabrina at the hibachi restaurant we enjoyed her upbeat energy, dancing and singing. Gary at the main bar was amazing he remembered everything about all the guest. Soon as he seen us coming he automatically made our drinks, had olives, pretzels, and popcorn, ready for us. Good Hotel but...

Room service needs to be improved, as does guest service. The beers, water, etc, in the room's fridge have never been replenished.

The staff was very nice,friendly,polite and extremely helpful.Breakfast and lunch were excellent but it seemed like only fancy dining was available most evenings.A bit of lack of communication as to when there was a buffet at night others in our party got regular messages but we never did.Lots of walking from rooms to dining and to beach.we walked an average of 3 miles up and down every day.beach was ok water sports were available.
