I went for a weekend with my family and was told I had to pay an additional fee of $300 for my daughter, even though I had already paid for my stay in full. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the hotel industry. What if I didn't have any other cash on me? Smh

Staff were friendly. The pools could be heated for winter travel because the water does get cold. The rooms were clean and the food was good. The entertainment was also really enjoyable.
