property very clean room was great mirror in bath room get very hot when lights on too many people selling timeshare but they don't tell u it is. o its just someone showing u around the property incase u want to come back its a big lie (timeshare) n don't tell them no , was not a great experience don't care what they offered not worth it. if you are going to Jamaica for great n lets lower the bar good food this is not the place. the jamaican food awful i know that they didn't have a jamaican cooking even if he was blind he still would have done a better job. only place u could find some good jamaican good is by the beach at jamaican grill. n thats open later n close earlier

I love the jr suite with walk up pool and the swinging seat, love that there was hot water for bathing, other resort in jamaica i stood in didnt have hot water. So thank you. Food was great, staff was amazing. 10 stars. Thank you again great vacation

the hotel was very clean, but the service was not good, we upgraded to the privilege package at the cost of 310.00 per person but we did not get good service at the pool or in our room. housekeeping was always trying to clean my room at 3:30 or 4:00 pm, I told them I was out of my room all day and now going to take a nap and get ready for dinner, so we were only able to get our room cleaned twice in 8 days. service around the pool was slow and not much better in the restaurants, we waited 90minutes for our meal one night. I would say to go to Mexico if you want good service.
