One of the standout features of the hotel is the friendly staff, who engage with guests respectfully, making you feel valued during your stay. Situated just a five-minute walk from the bustling tourist town of Ocho Rios, the hotel's location is convenient for exploring local attractions. Plus, being beachfront adds to its charm, allowing for easy access to beautiful views and relaxation by the sea. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection could be enhanced, as it tends to be a bit spotty at times. Additionally, the TVs in the rooms are on the smaller side, which can be a drawback for those who enjoy watching shows or movies during their downtime. Lastly, the pavement outside the rooms could use resurfacing to enhance the overall appearance and safety. Overall, I would rate Silver Seas Hotel a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel is very run down. There is no computer to assist with speedy check in. The front desk attendant had to call someone who could give details about my last minute reservation. The hotel seems to bring in locals who rent the spaces. It's located on the oceanfront but the hotel is dated ... a little grimy, dated furniture... no frills spot. The bed linens were not spotless. Pros- the wifi television and the AC. The floors seemed spotless/dustless.

My husband and I visited Silver Seas in celebration of our 2 year relationship anniversary and half year wedding anniversary. The view of the sea was beautiful. All we needed was a restful stay, and that is what we got. This hotel is excellent for resting and if you just love to reflect on nature. The property is indeed old, but it provided what we needed. The outside table on the porch was not clean, but the room is spacious. It is a small hotel, so don't expect entertainment apart from nature. The chef cooks well as well.

The view of the sea was beautiful. The balcony was huge and relaxing. It's right in the center of town, xlosw to everything It gets noisy at times and the smell.of smoke comes right into the room and space. The place was ok but its not like what is in the photos. It would habe been nice ro have a microwave and fridge in the room

The oceanview by the pool that customers can jot use.The staff all were very polite and welcoming up are arrival .However the tv works off of wifi which trips out but than it stays on.While over those .While Attemping to not make a big deal and not bother staff we wake up to bites all on us in we had double beds.I told mgt that told me i book thru a site so they will handle it as they hadnt been paid yet for my stay.I booked online.It took a few hours but i got a different room and the mgr paulette offered to reimburse for benedryal so I felt like this is a good place to stay thinking when problems arise if any issues you would think they can handle it properly .I show her a video of a bug itook crawling on the dresser it was alot at one time but they are very tiny.So long story short woke up in new with bites not giving it another try check out asap.I told miss Paulette i want a full refund i understand mosquitos but i do not wanna sleep no where im getting bite up and than everyone acts like its not something other than mosquitos.Those beds mattress must need to be steam cleaned or replaced cause there are inly a few bugs that bite while you ate in a bed bed bugs ,dust mites etc .If they can find whatever is biting in the bed and get rid of it, fix the pool and the wifi this would he one of the best hotels and they could get more on a there daily fee .
