It was noisy, our room wasn't made until 6 pm, not enough staff at the front to attend the customers. Hotel is well located and has lots of potential, I guess there are management issues

Clean and nice but pillows suck!
Very nice and clean hotel, only thing I really didn’t like were the pilllows. It sounds so silly but these pillows look puffy and nice but once you lay down in them, they flat down and get clumpy making the back of your head and neck hurt when you sleep. I’m not a picky person but this has definitely been the worse pillows I have ever slept in. You can fold these pillows probably into 3. My husbands ears were hurting when he laid down because of the clumps these pillows have. We hardly got any slept in the past 4 nights we slept there. They were just so uncomfortable. But The location was good, very clean environment and the breakfast was great and have quite a lot of variety.
