IN A GOOD NEIGHBOURHOOD, COLONY HAS POOL FOOTBALL COURT AND BIG GREEN AREAS TO WALK EXERCISE ETC..FOR KIDS GOOD AND RESPECFUL PLACE TO BE AND TO PLAY NO DANGER INSIDE. KEYS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE ENTRY POINT OF THE HOUSE BY THE GUARD AND WHEN CHECKOUT WILL NEED TO GIVE BACK THE KEYS TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING GOOD.
