The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I did like how independent things felt. I didn't particularly like the layout of the bedroom (the wall sockets were too far and odd). Everything else was great.

El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

No es hotel pero está excelente!!!
Es una excelente opción si vas cerca de la Arena, Fundidora o parecido, el hotel bien para lo que es, la cama, una mini tele y el baño. Lo malo que ví fue que la red de la tele fallaba pero me lo solucionaron, la cama si la cambiaría, son de esas camas viejas, sin resorte y fea en general. Lo bueno y hasta diría excelente, fue la cercanía a la Arena Monterrey y muchas cosas cercanas de comida y 7-eleven. El shampoo me gustó mucho, un sobre justo para un baño y de esos shampoo que te bañas rico y el pelo de lo deja suave, buenísimo. Realmente es una casa dividida en cuartos, no es hotel y todo se maneja por claves, está excelente la mecánica, toda la atención es por celular, muy buena, diría excelente atención. SEGURO REGRESARÉ AHI MISMO!!!
