Cuarto limpio, el elevador hacia mi habitación no trabaja, 7 piso, hay que tomar el ascensor hasta el piso 6 y de subir o bajar un piso. i reserved a junior suite that was listed on hotels.com room description as having a separate bedroom and private restroom with a sofa bed. I got a double queen bed room with a sofa bed. I contacted the front desk and was told this was what their junior suite was and any issues need to be addressed with hotels.com not them.
