Carlos and his staff are wonderful. Imagine sitting on the proch at a fabulous breakfast watching tropical birds of all species just 20 feet away. This is one of my favorite places that I've stayed in all of my travels. Whatever you need, just ask Carols.

The host Carlos was incredibly helpful with arranging transportation and booking activities. One day he took us to a beautiful overlook himself. The breakfasts were filling, delicious and varied. One night Carlos cooked us a 4 course meal that was one of the best dinners we had on our entire trip. There were many pretty trees and flowers surrounding the outdoor patio. Every day we saw exotic birds that had come to feed there. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Carlos and his family showed the best hospitality on this trip. His B&B was lovely and he told us to treat it like home and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Best place ever
Wow! My partner joked that we shouldn’t write this, because she is afraid Casa Batsu will book solid for years to come. This was the loveliest place we could imagine. The breakfasts in the garden each morning are delicious and huge, and Carlos makes you feel so welcome. He will arrange for all your activities, rides, etc. The rooms are spacious and comfortable — and very clean. Sweet Rex the dog will greet you enthusiastically at the end of the day, and let you rub his belly while he grins and wiggles with delight. This is the place to stay.
