Nice hotel. No hot water when we stayed since water heaters were solar and it kept raining. Clean and quiet. Good restaurant on site. Good breakfast

It’s okay property to stay, when we visited it was very hot and humid, in room we just have natural ventilation, we requested front desk staff for fan, she give us 2 small desk fan… that help..! But if someone visit in March it would be more comfortable to rent room with A/C

Lovely

It was very nice and clean. My room did not have ac, so if traveling during summer just check. There is parking but I could never find a spot due to the high volume of cars. However, it was a very peaceful, clean and pleasant stay.

This is a nice place close to Monteverde. We stayed one night before our hike in the cloud forest. Love the location, the service, and the cleanest of the hotel. The street in from is full of potholes, just like the roads leading to here. Not the hotel's fault, but a fact which I did enjoy that much in general when traveling through northern part of Costa Rica.

A good option for families

The staff were very helpful, and the room was quiet despite being on the ground floor and near a common area. We would stay here again if we go back to Monteverde. (Wife and son are already asking when we can go back to Costa Rica!)

Great place to stay for a family

The best part of the stay were the folks at front desk, who were the most helpful bunch I have ever encountered. Shout out to Zuleka. The room was very well maintained and had a cabin line feel.

We had a great stay here. It was conveniently located. Also, the staff was incredibly helpful both before and during our visit, they helped to arrange transportation whenever we needed it, especially to get to our next destination I would recommend a balcony room for the great views of the area.

Cute and comfy

The bed was super comfy and the AC worked well. We had a large room with a shared balcony. The location is close to town with shops and restaurants, but it’s uphill from town, so the return walk got old pretty quickly.

El hotel esta ubicada en Santa Elena. Por ende las noches son muy ruidosas por el tráfico constante de motociclistas de la zona. Lo cual si desean un hotel de descanso este hotel no sería una opción. Ese fue el único punto negativo durante nuestra estadía. Lo cual es un factor fuera de control de este alojamiento. Las habitaciones son muy confortables con baños amplios y limpios. El desayuno incluido es delicioso y variado.

Price was good and breakfast was great. Nice view from the second-floor room. Had to keep windows open to cool the room and that brought bugs in at night. Also meant that you could hear people in nearby rooms. Wifi signal was too weak to reach our room.
