Super comfortable rooms and lodging. Loved the grounds of this place with flora and beautiful outdoor and indoor spots to lounge in. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially booking tours and transport thru WhatsApp which was very efficient.

We like this hotel very much. It has a very beautiful garden and friendly staff. The building is a natural wooden structure. The room is clean and large. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not very good. The breakfast buffet is very good and delicious.

Beautiful design of the courtyard, the lush landscape with different layers never tires of my eyes. Yummy and variety of breakfast can satisfy any diet needs. Friendly and helpful staff really delivers the Pura Vida of Costa Rica.

Wish Rooms were as Cozy as Exterior

I wish the inside of the rooms matched the “Country Lodge” aesthetic of the outside of the hotel. The rooms had white tile floors, bright white (almost like fluorescent) lighting and no character. Rooms were very clean however and location is good.

Excellent property with friendly staffs and good restaurant onsite.Downtown is just a block away if you wanna explore. It is a wooden cabin style rooms. All building are two stored with no elevator. That is the only thing you need to remember if you can't climb stairs. I love the ambience of the room and surroundings.

clean Lodge at a convenient location

love the deco of the lodge. breakfast was really good. the fountains, and gardens are very nice. Only thing is ventilation in the bathroom is not that great. otherwise, everything is fantastic. Location is super convenient to visit Monteverde Park.

Beautiful Landscaping. Nice facilities. The wheelchair access to the restaurant was locked and had table in front of it with people eating at the table. It took them 5 mins to find the key. The next two times I attempted to go to the restaurant the table was back and people had to be moved in the middle of their meal to allow wheelchair access. This was disruptive and uncomfortable.
