It's a lowkey quiet place right across the street from the shuttle for the cloud forest. Staff was super friendly. We went during the off season, so it was super quiet. There's a shared office space for working from.

The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and resourceful. My room was clean, my bed was very comfortable and the shower very spacious. I wished there had been either a restaurant or convenience store closer to the hotel.

We arrived at 5:00 pm and the reception doors were locked. I walked around the property and found someone that said they worked there. They let me into a room and left. There was a dead spider and two other dead bugs on the pillows, spiders with egg sacs under the bathroom sink, and long hair in the shower. Expedia "attempted" to contact the property for three days to approve a refund but couldn't get a response.

Loved how close it was to the cloud forest. Loved being surrounded by the sounds and sights of nature 24/7. Loved the nature features incorporated into the room decor. Loved being outside the city but still close enough to everywhere. Loved the recommendations of things to do and the help of the manager to arrange them. Did not love the noisy hallway flooring outside our window. Or that we could hear our neighbors phone conversations. Did not love that the hot tub/pool was not hot.

Værelset var meget standard. Det larmer på taget hvis det regner. Der er ikke så meget naturligt lys på værelset fordi vinduet er lige ved den gang alle skal på frem og tilbage fra receptionen og indgangen. Hotellet havde SÅ mange værelser, men der boede kun os og et andet par. Mærkelig følelse. Lokation er god lige op af Monteverde cloud forest (dog ikke et besøg værd, hvis du spørger mig. Der skal du hellere vælge en af de andre) Restauranten er lukket, kunne have været nice at vide på forhånd.

Hôtel qui ressemble à une auberge

Notre séjour en famille au sein de l’établissement a été particulièrement banale. La chambre est propre et le lit est confort malgré une chambre très humide avec des draps mouillés et donc pas agréable. Il y a aucun service, est ce du à la saisonnalité très calme, mais nous nous sentions pas du tout considéré comme des clients. À noter le manque de respect du Mr en garde le dimanche qui ne connaît clairement pas se que signifie accueil ! Je ne recommande pas.
