Very unkept, with broken tap in the sink, a used bar of soap in the shower, a toilet paper roll in a plastic basket glued to the wall, with a third of the paper left; it stank of bleach, unfinished walls, broken marble in the stairs; no noise insulation…. Like out of a horror movie. First time we canceled a stay on the first day. This place is more like a cheap pension than a hotel; not even 1star. To describe this place as substandard is generous.

Instalações e experiência de hospedagem decepcionantes. Salão de entrada e refeitório que parecem não ter visto uma vassoura há anos. Café da manhã limitado em opções e com muita variação na qualidade e quantidade dos itens. Banheiro do quarto sujo dos hóspedes anteriores e sem limpeza durante nossa estadia, mesmo tendo sido solicitada. Caixa de descarga quebrada, vazando água copiosamente. Quando informada a administração, nada foi feito (vazou água todos os dias em que estivemos hospedados). Quanto a limpeza, ela não existe. Mas o detalhe mais marcante foi alguém que não era recepcionista, mas que ficava na recepção, querer nos obrigar a deixar a chave no horário noturno, em que não se faria qualquer tipo de manutenção no quarto. Completamente desorganizados, ao chegar não encontravam nossa reserva. O ambiente realmente parece abandonado quanto a limpeza, em todos os ambientes fica visível isso. O prédio por fora e nas fotos é bonito, porém, na parte interna a realidade é bem diferente. O atendimento também é péssimo, com atendentes desagradáveis e sem educação. Apenas um dos recepcionistas foi cortês e amigável. O preço é atraente e a localização é excepcional, mas deve-se pensar muito se vale o custo benefício.

Pior experiência da minha vida

Ótima localização. Limpeza péssima, chãos sujos, vidros imundos. Internet muito ruim! Ficamos 5 noites e arrumaram a cama e limparam o quarto somente uma vez. Vaso sanitário quebrou e ficamos três dias sem! Café da manhã razoável. Wi-Fi ruim de mais.

Hotel e dos anos 1950 a 1960, mas e algo nostalgico e encantador. Algo diferente,no sentido de hotelaria. Pela localizacao e excelente e perfeito,porem nao e um hotel moderno e contemporâneo. A fechadura e de chave dos lidos anos. Bom para quem quer entender o passado
