Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo que uno espera de un Hotel de esta categoría. Tuvimos un problema con el Control de la calefaccion de la Habitación, y nos ofrecieron un Upgrade de habitación. El desayuno, es muy completo y de buena calidad, pero no tan completo como en otras oportunidades

The hotel and rooms are esthetically very nice. The pool area is small and looks at the back of other buildings. Our room wasn’t made up, we needed to ask them to do this. Every time we went to the desk (usually 2-3 staff) they were always all focused on one task and talking amongst themselves without acknowledging the clients. They were kind and helpful once they decided to help you. Also, the area is very nice and safe but inconvenient to tourist areas

Great view (ocean) and super toilet! Across the street from the beach. Netflix did not work and staff kept saying that it was being worked on. Once it was supposed to be fixed it really wasn’t. Great linens. Breakfast very good but dinner ok.

Stunning View…

Everyone was friendly, helpful and they were able to extend an early check-in which I always appreciate. The room was very clean. I have fairly high standards regarding cleanliness and I found nothing was missed. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing memorable. What was memorable was the view. Absolutely stunning. I can’t stress enough how worth it is to pay for the view upgrade. The location was convenient. I look forward to returning.
