Montgomery's beauty is easily enjoyable when you book a stay at this pond-view home! Amidst the pleasant breeze, sit on one of the two back porches and relish the sounds of the local wildlife. Your enjoyment of the great outdoors can continue through your explorations of nearby Dean Fain Park, Wynlakes Golf & Country Club, and the Montgomery Zoo & Mann Wildlife Learning Museum. The city also boasts Auburn University, the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, the Dexter Parsonage Museum, and numerous shops and restaurants.
Comfortably appointed, the interior of your home away from home features modern furnishings and homey fixtures. The living room's oversized sofa and smart TV make for the perfect combination for family movie nights. The chef of your group will adore the gleaming kitchen with its stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many nifty gadgets.
With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that there is more than enough space for you and your loved ones. These rooms come with excellent amenities like private TVs, soft linens, ceiling fans, and central air-conditioning. The additional family room, laundry room, and internet access round out the interior conveniences.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
