This fully updated home features brand-new, high-quality furnishings and is completely equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The space is designed to be warm, cozy, and inviting, offering a peaceful and safe environment for all guests.Conveniently located near shopping centers and just minutes from I-270 and I-495, making it easy to get around while staying in a quiet and central neighbor.The condo is located in a peaceful and well-maintained community known as Christopher Community, designed in a California-style setting.Upon entering the community, please proceed all the way to the right toward Block 6. The unit is located on the second floor, Unit #9914. As you enter the condo, you will find a comfortable and inviting living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need during your stay.The living room features a leather sectional sofa and a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The dining area includes a table that seats four guests.The bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a closet for clothing and storage. Additional linens and a blanket are provided and stored in a plastic container under the bed for your convenience.
The laundry area, washer and dryer, are located within the bathroom space, which includes a toilet, sink, and shower all in one combined area.
