Secluded pool home on 4+ acres

Located on the outskirts of Monticello Florida, this home boasts over 2800 ft including an in-ground pool. With plenty of space for outdoor and indoor activities; this property is equipped with basketball and volleyball areas, fitness/gaming area, and office. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom sits on 4.31 acres so, there is plenty of room to spread out or come together.
Just in time for this year's football season; FSU, FAMU, and TCC are less than 25 I mins away. Book now as it won't not last long!

This unit is one side of a large house with separate entrances, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and provides complete access to all communal areas (basketball, volleyball, pool, BBQ grill, relaxation area, etc.)
The property owner is onsite at the rear of the property and is available as needed however, is discreet which allows for complete amenity for all guests. The property is large enough to ensure complete privacy for you and your guests, apart from the communal areas listed. Ping pong table is also available upon request.
This property brings together vintage design with the modern aesthetics of the 2000s. It has all the convenience of being in-town yet, is private and quaint, and spacious with plenty of onsite parking. The space is perfect for large families, sports enthusiasts, wedding or event parties, or friends looking for a weekend getaway. The master bedroom/bathroom is a must-see on its own, boasting his and hers private toilet rooms and a jetted tub.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are also 2 queen-sized air mattresses, a futon, and a roll-away bed to ensue enough sleeping accommodations for 10+.
Monticello is a small quaint town with antique shops as its main attraction. Tallahassee (within a 30 min drive) is the state capital of Florida however, Georgia is also within the same range. Jacksonville, Panama City, Gainesville, Orlando, and other top Florida destinations are all short drives away.

The home is huge! I mean huge! The master bedroom is the size of a small home itself. On top of all the space (inside and outside), the owner was very nice and responsive. We needed for very little, and the little we needed was attended to satisfactorily. The home was clean, stocked with the necessary essentials, and functional for our group of 4. We only spent a short time but enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious home for extended family

This house suited our needs in preparing for a wedding and accommodating up to 10 people. Host is pleasant and easy to communicate with. Lovely pool and surrounds in which to relax. Monticello is a charming town as well.

Plenty of room, kids and teen had games to play, everyone had space to relax and the pool was a total bonus at the end of long hot days. Wonderful Property

My family and I stayed on the property as part of our trip to watch a football game in Tallahassee. It was far enough to be away from the craziness in town during game weekends, but close enough to easily get to Doak Campbell Stadium. The house was clean and comfortable. The master suite is amazing! Everybody argued over being the first to use the magnificent shower. I had four teenagers who had a great time in the house. Communication with the owner was a breeze and very pleasurable.

Tosca was a perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and she was A+++ in communication. Master Bathroom is HUGE and fantastic! Only minor issue was the 3rd bathroom is kid sized without a shower. Will come back again!

Fabulous Stay

This property was a little above my expectations. Words can't express how well pleased I am with the property, amenities, hospitality, and so on. The owner was out of town but it was as if she was a family member away for the weekend. She kept intouch and made sure we had everything we needed. Her personality was so beautiful and made me felt like she was one of close friends; although we never met. She is truly a blessing. My family was well pleased and my grandchildren had a ball. Warmest Welcome Ever!

There are so many amazing things about Tosca and her home that it is hard to know where to begin. First, this home is better than advertised. It was beautiful inside and out. The interior was immaculate and the exterior was excellently maintained and manicured. It has many bonus features including whole house audio, enhanced audio/visual options, etc. Tosca seemed to think of every need or desire. She provided wood for the fire pit, coolers for drinks on the patio deck and many other little amenities
no stone unturned. :) But what impressed us most of all was her hospitality. She reached out serval days prior to our stay inquiring how should could enhance our stay. When we arrived we were warmly and genuinely greeted and felt immediately welcome / at home. It really made the stay for us all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend for family reunions or any occasion. Thank you Tosca and look forward to our next stay!
