Welcome to Montignac-Lascaux, in this fully equipped cottage, located in a typical shared house divided into three accommodations, within a vast wooded estate of 12,000 m². Just a few minutes from the Vézère and the must-see Lascaux caves, this pied-à-terre offers you an ideal setting to discover the treasures of the region.



The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is fully equipped to help you feel at home. Outside, a private terrace awaits you for your outdoor meals, and you can also enjoy the large shared and shaded garden, shared with the other accommodations on the estate.



Feeling like refreshing yourself? Enjoy the communal swimming pool available to you during the summer period (open from 10 May to 28 September).



Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living room of approximately 30 m² equipped with a reversible air conditioning. The open kitchen is fitted with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave as well as all the necessary elements for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or in the fresh air on the terrace. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, ideal for getting together with family or friends, with its comfortable sofa and coffee table.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms:



- A room with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.

- A second room equipped with a bunk bed (using only the lower bed, 90x190 cm) and an additional single bed (90x190 cm).



The bathroom upstairs has a shower and a toilet.



A washing machine common to the three cottages is at your disposal, as well as a private parking space right in front of the accommodation.
