Located 15 km from the city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and specifically in the tourist village of Montolieu, Villa Monplaisir will charm you with its spaciousness, both inside and out.
Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area with no overlooking neighbors, you can enjoy the pool with jacuzzi as well as the large summer kitchen, equipped with a flat-screen TV (for sports fans or others), an American fridge, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and all the essential accessories for a successful holiday. A pétanque court with two sets of boules completes the large garden.
A little extra:
- A vegetable garden may offer you some tomatoes to enhance your salads.
- The house benefits from specific anti-allergen and anti-mite maintenance, with fabrics and mattresses treated by a certified machine.
Parties and events are not allowed.
